I've used it a few times. It's a game changer. I don't have to burn gas or rely on wind to troll for catfish. After 6 hours of use--normally low speed--it takes about 40 minutes to recharge my 24 volt lifepo4 battery. And, with spot lock, no need to drop anchor if I find a school of stripers. I'm deep in the 4th quarter of life...every fishing trip needs to be the best it can be. ... show more

The motor is very nice. Works most of the time as expected. On occasion it will not work as expected and that is why I gave it 4 stars. The head will suddenly start spinning as it cannot find a GPS signal in certain locations. This causes the boat to drive erratically. That really sucks if you are close to other boats or trying to troll with multiple rods out. That would be my only complaint. When it is working correctly, it is fantastic. ... show more

This is a serious game changer in the boating experience! Whether you're an avid fisher or simply like chilling in the boat! I've got a 20 foot pontoon, never related trolling with pontooning!
