I am so happy with this purchase. This machine is very fast at 32 gigs. The rise of 9 is a great processor and the graphics are excellent running three monitors at 2.5 to 2K. Very snappy performance after I removed Windows as the primary OS and replaced it with Linux mint. I had copied the windows key before I erased it and reinstalled Windows from an ISO from the windows website in KVM / QEMU setup running as a type 1 hypervisor. The key worked flawlessly on the virtual install of Windows 11. My only complaint with the AMD processor here is that there was some difficulty in configuring the virtual machine to directly link with computer hardware. I will also be installing basic AI in this machine with a 7B language model. I don't think it will be that great by itself but I can always add it to another machine later on. It is extremely quiet running and the temperature is very stable. I have no problems with this machine at all. Like I said, an amazing value! Very fast in wifi and solid connection.

No unexpected reboots or hangs. Runs Linux Mint perfectly. Left on 24hrs everyday. x265 encoding. Mild gaming. Running multiple somewhat demanding custom python programs that run 24/7. Never even a hiccup. Never even booted the winblows install.

I really love that this computer is compact, I can put it almost anywhere! It is powerful enough to everything I need and has plenty of storage space. The only reason I gave it 4-Stars is because the ethernet port isn't working.

I fell for the hype and attention that this unit was getting about gaming and speed. The only pro about this unit is that it is fast. But!, when it comes to gaming, or having multiple programs open, or anything slightly demanding, this PC freezes or crashes. I'm not running or playing anything crazy that my 10 year old laptop can't run. I noticed that this PC runs hot to the point that it crashes. On a daily basis I have to restart the computer prior to playing a game, and maybe get 15 minutes of gaming before it crashes. It even crashes just from browsing the internet. I did some research and found that a heatsink that covers the memory and vrm's did not come with my unit. This heatsink is pictured on the Minisforum's website and on the Amazon site as being apart of this unit. I am seeing posts that this heatsink was left out of numerous units and others are reporting the same performance issues. I would say that this is a pretty important part to leave out. I contacted Minisforum's about this issue with little help. The best they can do is ship this 5 dollar part for free from China, while I would have to pay 40 dollars shipping and handling and an unknown amount in customs fees....... for a 5 dollar part they forgot to put in. To sum it up, this is a 1k unit that is mediocre for surfing the internet. I'll be looking for better options from other companies

Easy to set up, WiFi 6, gig ethernet, Bluetooth 5, 2x 2K HDMI monitors, USB peripherals all set up quickly and easily. The only issue I have had is that it heats up when pushed. I regularly play a TTRPG using discord chat and foundry while browsing the internet at this causes the system to heat up quite a bit. So far it hasn't slowed down or shut down on me though. The plastic housing feels a little cheap, but for the price it seems about right. I would give it about 4.5 stars if possible, it does all that you can expect, quietly and in a small space.

This computer is great for what it is. I’ve had no issues running any of the games I wanted to play, even if I have to play at lower settings. It’s super quiet and maintains temp nicely, even when running my most power intensive games. I’m beyond happy with it.

Worth the money, I maxed the memory to 32GB and added and additional M.2. Dual-boot Win 11 and Linux - works great for both OS's. Powerful and fast - it will play games and make a good account of itself - it will slow down at highest resolutions I found in some games but dialing graphics back a little does the trick. It is a little more expensive for the upgraded CPU/GPS but you will see the difference right away.

I have tried everything I could to get this thing to stop randomly restarting, crashing my games...it even crashes on OpenOffice. I have uninstalled AMD drivers and reinstalled it. Uninstalled games and reinstalled. I've gone as far as opening the computer and reseating the ram. I contacted support and all they can tell me is to run Memtest86. I tried to figure that all out and couldn't get the program to run. I've even tried going to an earlier version of the AMD drivers...nothing. I was really excited, I did a lot of research. I thought this computer would be a real upgrade. Instead, I'll have to go back to my laptop because the instability is terrible. Don't buy...you'll spend hours trying to figure out how to fix the clearly unfixable. 🙄 now I can't even return the thing to Amazon. Update: Reached out to Minisforum support and they sent me a replacement. I haven't used it yet because I haven't been home. Support has been very kind and attentive. I'm grateful for that. I will update a second time after some time using it.
