I have type 2 diabetic neuropathy. I have tried all types of shoe inserts including all the Dr Scholls variety. These are by far the best, most cushioning and most comfortable inserts. They are a little bit more but they are worth it.

I've had pain in my foot for months. I tried all kinds of insoles including some of the very expensive popular brand names and sent most of them back. Finally an insole that is extremely comfortable. I went to work today and I did not have any foot pain whatsoever. Will be buying more of these.

These insoles are comfortable and cushy! I wear a size 6.5/7 women's shoe and I did not need to cut these for my work boots. Maybe someone else might, HOWEVER, you need these now! These are a game changer!
