If you have planner fasciitis these are a must. Super soft with the right amount of arch support. They fit in my heydudes perfectly. I have paid a lot for others and these were cost effective and a great value. They are the perfect thickness. They have been super durable as I have put many steps in these. I literally just had to slip them in my shoes. They were super easy to install. I will definitely buy more for the amazing functionality of them.

I don't know... for me, personally, I've barely noticed a difference. On the first day, it was nice; it definitely felt as advertised. After that... I work in retail, which involves standing up for many hours at a time. I once worked a 9/10 hour shift, with these insoles, and my feet were KILLING me by the end of it! That's not necessarily the insoles fault, it could just be the job itself, but the fact that the insoles barely seemed to help wasn't making things any better. So, maybe only get these for more casual activities or if your job involves a lot of sitting. I wouldn’t recommend it if you're going to be standing for hours, like me. (On the plus side, at least they got my size right?)

These are wonderful! Much better than a famous name brand gel insole which I had been using. I thought I needed new sneakers but took a chance on these insoles instead. I am so glad I did! With these insoles, it feels like I'm wearing a brand new pair of sneakers - so cushiony and great arch support, too.
