I ordered these for book nook decorating. These little shrubs are very detailed and look good. They have an adhesive holding them to the paper backing under them, but you can separate them and then stick them elsewhere. The case is a pain to open, however, and they do shed notably when being jostled. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with these. Update: I eventually realized the case pops open easily if I just press down on the giant semi-circle tab. Go figure! ... show more

SynHHergyx mini model bushes/grasses are nice. I am a Pre-K teacher and not a miniature landscape expert. I make mini playscapes for my students. This tiny greenery is suited best for adult made landscapes that are for viewing only. They come in 2 colors to mix and give a more natural look to the landscape. These little bushes do shed quite a bit at first. The directions specifically say; gently remove with tweezers. I am planning to use these in my recreation of the Garden of Eden for my church students. So for myself, I opened the package and purposefully rubbed the tops of the plants and shook out the shedding particles to see how durable the plant itself would be as the ad said; grasses were made of PVC. The grassy bottoms tolerate my squeezing and brushing off of the flecks of green and what was left is closer to what I was looking for. Pictures will show what product looks like right out of the package as well as pictures with my mini resin figures alongside. The pics with the other minis were taken after I roughed up these grasses, squeezed, brushed and shook out the shedded particles. I will be using these grasses in my mini playscape with older children as part of my Garden of Eden. I have included a picture of one of my homemade wooden playscapes in the classroom to show you an alternate way to use this product. Ages 5+ ... show more
