I live on the downstairs level, and the temperature can be unpredictable — sometimes it feels cold and other times it gets too warm. This unit has made a big difference in my 480 sq ft space. The media could not be loaded. This mini split is absolutely awesome! Easy to install, very good directions, and comes with everything you need except a bracket to mount on the exterior wall (highly RECOMEND you get it added to your order!) and the vacuum pump (I already had one). The wiring was easy, color coded and numbered! The operation of this unit is so quiet, and moves a lot of air!! Love this thing!!! You will NOT regret buying this!!!
