I have been contemplating on getting a sewing machine for years and just kept putting it off and putting it off but I finally came across this one and decided to go ahead and get it. It is easy to use it is extremely durable and the threading is just extremely simple. The accessories not like I really needed them because I have a ton of the thread but the needle is having different ones is nice and it's portable to change from room to room or area if you need it so it's not bad. This Lastempa Mini Sewing Machine shipped and arrived quickly. This is a very compact sewing machine but it works just like a normal one, it is not a toy. It is solid and doesn't easily move around, yet isn't super heavy. I have never used one before, so my friend came over to show me how to use it. The machine itself is mostly beginner user friendly. She had a few things that bothered her, but she's also used to her larger expensive machine. This one seems decently priced, similar to one's like it. I love how it came with many extras! Only thing missing are pins to hold things in place, but can make due without them. I was able to repair a vest and pants. It worked great! Now I'm unable to re-thread the second string from the bobbin. My friend and I could not get it re-threaded. Going to spend more time figuring it out because I was really excited about learning to sew. If I get it working again, I would recommend this machine if you want a little one for small projects.

I have a sewing machine similar to this one for myself that I purchased to have something small to keep on the laundry counter for quick mending. I love it so much I oredered one to teach my granddaughter to sew. When I saw this one, I ordered it for another granddaughter. I've been sewing for about 50 years and have had a few sewing machines, from grandma's old pedal Singer to new models. I know what features I wanted. I also know how to use a machine so if something doesn't work right, it's not because I'm using it wrong. I love that this isn't a toy, it's a real machine, it's just smaller. It's sturdy and doesn't slide around on the table while we're sewing. The stitch variety is excellent and switching between stitches is easy, just be sure to have the needle up so you don't break it. Real metal bobbins are nice, I don't care for the plastic ones. These are easy to load and feed as they should while sewing. The reverse switch is in a convenient location and the deck is a good size. The ruler on the front of the machine is handy, as are the many accessories that are included. As with my first granddaughter, the first thing we sewed with this was a cover for the machine. The stitches are even and straight and had good tension with no thread loops pulling through. We used some of the more decorative stitches to dress the front up a bit before piecing it together. The only downside to this machine is the same downside all machines like this have, the lightweight plastic foot pedal that slides around on the floor making control difficult. I can't knock it for that though, even full size machines use light plastic pedals now. The easiest fix I've found for that is to attach velcro to a small carpet mat and to the underside of the foot pedal then place the mat where it's comfortable to use. I can't say this machine is any bargain at $90 when full size machines are in the same range but if you're looking for a small machine, this one works well.

I'm very happy I found this since it replaced my other sewing machine. Unfortunately I wasn't able to use my last one anymore due to a missing pressure foot which I know people would argue I could've bought a new one but I didn't so moving on! This sewing machine is extremely beginner friendly! I honestly didn't expect the sewing machine to be pre-threaded in both the spool winder and bobbin holder! And they give you practice fabric too which is so helpful if you are a beginner or haven't sewn in a while like me. 😊 The machine comes with so many extra things as shown in my pictures, a lot of pre-wound spools of thread and bobbins, scissors, needles, measuring tape, & more! I love that the machine has a working foot peddle which you'd think is a bare minimum for a sewing machine but I've had machines malfunction there too. 🥲 It's been great so far in doing small repairs to tears in clothes, I honestly want to know if I can fix my cats bed since she keeps destroying it but I may need to look up a YouTube video on if that's possible since it's not flat and I've only ever worked with flat fabric... 😅 The colors are so pretty, it's like a teal with the white and it's nice and not jarring. Also, for being a mini sewing machine, this is actually the perfect size since I wanted to sew in my room on my table which isn't very big. It's honestly not that much smaller than a standard sewing machine though but it is lighter than one which is fantastic. It also comes with a manual which I encourage others to read, especially beginners as to not damage your new machine. Everything is labeled and works perfectly with no issues. I haven't been this excited over a sewing machine in years. Lol 😊

This little sewing machine is honestly a tiny workhorse. I was not expecting a compact beginner machine to handle as much as it does, but it has been great for basic sewing, quick repairs, and small craft projects. The machine itself is easy to use, especially for beginners, and the included accessories make it feel like a complete starter setup right out of the box. It came with pretty much everything needed to get started without immediately needing extra supplies. The LED light is also helpful when working on darker fabrics or sewing at night. The color is really cute and gives it a more modern, less intimidating feel compared to bulky traditional machines. It is lightweight and portable without feeling completely flimsy. The only part that feels noticeably cheap is the foot pedal, which is lightweight plastic. That said, it still works fine as long as you are gentle with the pressure and do not stomp on it like a car pedal. Overall, this is a solid beginner-friendly sewing machine with good features for the size and price. Great option for DIY crafts, simple clothing repairs, and learning to sew.
