Both units were great, they are high-speed, moderately, powerful, and very compact. The second one I ordered tried to do start up in German for some reason, but I was able to change that in windows once to start up. Procedure was complete fast easy they set themselves up in about five minutes wait.

    • Great little computer
Although the processor is a couple of years old, it is still very capable, and I suspect will be for years into the future. With a Ryzen 7, 32 GB of RAM and a 512 GB NVME SSD it is very quick. For a while there was a coupon that brought this down to $266 (which is what I paid when I purchased it) which was an absolute steal! These minicomputers are revolutionary, and while yes, they use laptop components, they are making quality desktop computing affordable. A couple of minor complaints: I have a Beelink (these Bosgames come out of the same factory as Beelink) minicomputer that is a couple of years old and it had a fingerprint reader built in. Nice! This Bosgame does not, so I had to purchase a USB fingerprint reader that has been certified for Windows Hello. The other picky complaint is that there is a dearth of USB 3.0 ports, with them only on the front along with a USB C. The USB ports on the back are USB 2.0. But hey, $266! ... show more

This setup in a flash. Plug into power, connect to TV with HDMI cable and plug in a keyboard/mouse receiver and go. You do have to spend a few minutes setting up Windows and WiFi but it's not bad. It has run flawlessly and I'm using it for streaming services like Hulu, Netflix, Prime Video, HBO Max, etc. and YouTube TV. No speed issues noted and very small and compact, but I guess that's the point. ... show more

pc literally melted and the support has ignored me for days I messaged them on another email and they responded so I know for a fact their ignoring me (bosgame not amazon support) and when I was able to message them I had to hassle them to send me another version of the same pc they wanted to send me a DIFFERENT PC of less value ... show more

Great little computer for a small business pount of sale and inventory control. Super fast, but it randomly shuts down even after the power settings have been adjusted. Its an iteresting dilema, great price and performance but the intermitten shutdown keeps me from purchasing another.

Cant beat the price and this little guy seems to meet all my needs for a PC so far. Mainly just need it for some light picture editing, 3D modeling/printing, and standard internet use. My demands for the system aren’t very high. Perfect device for casual computer needs.
