This little PC was packaged nicely, super easy to install, I needed a real HDMI port for my Monitor and it had one. Has plenty of USB ports and a real 1G network port. Everything worked out of the box even my off brand USB WebCam. The network (I used the hard wired option) actuuslly ran at 1G. THis little box supports 2 HDMI montors if you need it. This is the perfect little PC for browsing and almost any every day Windows task. Totally quiet and way lower power than my last PC. I am not a gamer so can't comment on that. I had heard of the mini Mac. I saw these about 2 months ago just as the New Year started. And I really wanted to get when it looks so sleek and neat. I watched a number of YouTube videos about these things. I weighed the pros and cons of them. I purchased one Thursday night and it arrived yesterday. I'm quickly loading it up with all my favorite software. I actually find that the device works pretty well. I haven't had any issues with it since yesterday afternoon. I actually think it's a neat thing to have. The performance is like they said it is. I find that when I turn it on it is quiet I don't even hear anything because it's all solid state. It boots up really fast. I have the 16 GB 1 TB model. You can get this all the way up to 64 GB 2 terabytes. The USB ports are labeled. The HDMI ports are labeled. There's a USB c drive on here or plug in thing. There's a Kensington lock on here. Even a slot for a mini or a micro SD card. It's easy to set up and it has all the features of Windows pro. I had to tweak some of the settings to my liking. But it's working and I was able to get it going in about maybe 15-20 minutes. you can plug all of your favorite peripherals into it. I plugged two USB 3.0 multi-port devices so I can get more out of it. I plugged in my 8 terabyte and my 4 TB external hard drives and they work just fine. I also plugged in a CD DVD ROM recording thing. And it does just fine

I've had this computer for about a month and I'm totally blown away. From the quick start-up, to how quiet it is, stays cool, and being space saving, it's tremendous. I've had no issues with it at all. Don't hesitate to give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

I was skeptical replacing my tower with this mini at first, but after installing it it seems to be working as I hoped. I don't play games on it so I'm not sure if there is enough power for that, but for my fairly light use it seems to be fine. I've only had it up and running about four days, so if any problems arise I will update my review. It is much faster than my old computer which helps considerably and has lots of storage. Because I have a lot of business files, I added an external drive as well. The only think I wish it had was a standard size SD slot instead of the mini slot, but I do have a card reader that I attached. Everything ran flawlessly when installed and installation was easy.

There is an issue that when you connect this device to a monitor via HDMI, there is not sound to the monitor. I found slight reference to this on the Cyber Geek webpage and did as instructed to get sound but once you turn the device off, no more sound on next boot up. At this point my contact with Cyber Geek is 90% me. 2 online request for assistance and an email. So far the only response form Cyber Geek was to request my order number, which I did and still no response. The writing of this review is on March 21 and my initial attempt for support was on March 15. I really see no reason to have to troubleshoot a new item.

Just what the doctor ordered. A small compact unit that I used to run software to communicate with my amateur radios. It fits neatly underneath the monitor on my desktop which has limited space. Space is a premium in my shack and this really helps out. It's not a gaming computer by any means. But it will run your software nicely.
