Ive never thought much about mini PCs but when I saw this I was thinking that a 10th-11th gen i9 couldn't be bad even in a small platform. 1-it has more than enough power to run my steam games, like battlefield 2042, Sims 4, baldurs gate, Minecraft, and call of duty though some of the games had to have some settings lowered most of the time everything ran smooth 2-the extra slot for an SSD really made the difference in how many things I could download since I bought the base 256gb 3-the rgb is cool and it's so compact and out of the way I forget it's technically a tower 4- lastly the USB C port also works for display and worked amazingly for my nexdock ... show more

    • Arrived DOA... won't even turn on!
Took from box, unpacked MiniPC, attached HDMI, power cord direct to UPS, keyboard and mouse... ready to turn it on.. Where's the freakin' power switch? Found a random off/on symbol and what appeared to be a button but it was barely attached to the device and totally not operative. Went to the 'doc'... a 4inX4in pamphlet in twelve languages.. the English version was barely 3 pages in 4pt type, none of which even described the unit, and certainly not the power switch. Called Amazon and they referred me to the seller which happens to be the manufacturer. No answer. Call back tomorrow was Amazon's rec. Great! I'll let you know but what a disappointment!!! Stay away! This is a great little computer! Comes with Windows 11 Pro! When I bought my Microsoft Surface, Microsoft wanted an additional $300 to upgrade me to Pro from 11 Home, so this is a bargain! Pretty fast for everyday use (I do not using it for gaming - I don't play games). There is only one problem: the price changes constantly! This is not good business! I bought it in the middle of November and the day after, the price went up by a $100. Just keep the price reasonable and you will sell many. Playing games with the price makes the seller look suspicious. My 2 cents... ... show more

I have not been able to get either of the HDMI ports to work with my monitor. The monitor works with outer computers. I have tried to contact the manufacture but have received no response. Don't waste your money. UPDATE: January 19, 2024 Apparently the manufacturer web site emails do not make it to their tech support. After I posted a review their tech support contacted me, had me send then nonfunctioning unit to them and offered to send me a replacement or a refund. Since I had already bought another computer I asked for a refund. I received a refund soon after mailing the unit back to them. I just wish the company web site had a better way to contact tech support. Once tech support got in contact with me the issue was resolved. Also, based on my experience and the comments, I hope they look into better testing of finished units. It seems like everyone really likes this computer, if they get one that is working. ... show more

It's a best mini pc I had ever purchased! It's a matter of fact I a second one. Pro - Stable. easy to choose modes. Con's - Runs very hot! 120 F at the exhaust on Auto with no load! When it goes to "sleep", it will not wake up to any peripherals! I had to set up to wake on power button. Monitor losing connection on any slight touch of the HDMI cable! I haven't tried another cable yet, but both pc have the same issues. I suspecting HDMI port problem. That is the reasons for five stars. The media could not be loaded. This is a remarkably cool PC featuring RGB lights and three different performance modes: Auto, Silent, and Performance. The PC is exceptionally lightweight and boasts four USB 3.0 ports, one USB Type-C port, an audio port, an HD port, a LAN port, and a power port supporting 9 volts. It comes with a well-configured Windows 11 Pro operating system and an 11th-generation Core i9 processor from Intel, offering eight cores. The installed memory is 16GB, and it offers ample storage with 512GB of SSD space. Boot-up is impressively quick thanks to the SSD. In terms of performance, it excels whether you're gaming or coding. I've personally tested it with Android Studio and Visual Studio Enterprise, and it works flawlessly. I wholeheartedly recommend this product, especially considering its affordability at under $500. One standout feature is the included WhatsApp customer service, accessible by scanning the QR code on the left side panel of the mini PC.     • Do NOT purchase this item! SCAM
We purchased this item as a Christmas present - but when we opened it the wi-fi card was not recognized by the motherboard- which means either there is no wi-fi card or the motherboard is defective. The company has REFUSED to exchange the product for an operational/non-defective one. They have since raised the price by 100 dollars and will only allow us to return it and repurchase at the higher price. This should NOT be a legal business practice! Have already purchased other items to accompany this. Spent hours on the phone with Amazon - NO help. Basically FALSE advertising and HORRIBLE consumer treatment. ... show more
