I really like this lights for classy look and they are nice soft 3k color. Instalation has to done by professional electrician and some effort to install them, but allover effect is amazing. Pic made in dark room so a lot of accent light.

I purchased this to put into a shelving unit which has 3 boxes and will get 2 lights per box. I got the 3000K color. The little clips that snap onto the light make it so it won't fit into a 15mm hole. I was using a aluminum tube with and OD of 20mm and and ID of 15mm and no matter what it won't go into the hole all the way. I measured the opening with calipers and it was 15mm. I'm sure this would go into a 15mm hole in drywall, but not something totally rigid like aluminum. In order to get around this I purchased some #41 O Rings and that solved the issue. It made the light fit snugly into the tubing and I think they will be stable. I like the fact that these lights generate almost no heat. I was a bit worried that it might transmit enough heat through the aluminum it might affect the glue. I have no worries about that now. The lights aren't really bright, which for me is good. A nice warm glow to light up the box. The power pak is small enough you can put it anywhere. The look of the light is pleasing and with the 20mm tube it looks like they were designed for each other. I still need to "brush" the tubing to make it look more pleasing. As long as they last I'll be pretty happy. ... show more

Everything worked amazing. All these reviews saying that they don't work sound like they were installed incorrectly. Everything was labeled properly Black and red is DC (polarity matters) , Unmarked white wires are AC and polarity didn't matter between the hot and neutral. I bought two of the recommended 15w drivers and they worked amazing, I split them with 6w worth of lights on one, and 3 watts worth of lights on the other and had no heat issues. I just installed them so we will see about the longevity of the lights, but so far so good. I do electrical and approve of these lights. Im very satisfied and so is my customer. ... show more

Plaster still in progress out of commission for a little while got a plinter got infected ended up in the er, I put some stuff on the box temporarily to see what it will look like oh yeah I also added two light switches 1 for each of the 3 boxes
