The freezer was delivered a few days earlier than expected. I plugged it in and let it run until the next day. I purchased this freezer to use for extra frozen foods that were being delivered from a grocery store that offers free delivery for only $59.00 per year. I save so much money buying from this store than all other stores. I work for a big grocery store in Florida and can't even afford to buy my items from the store, that I work for anymore, as the costs have soared. I love this freezer. It fits in a small space in my kitchen. It holds a lot of frozen food plus my popsicles go right in the basket on top. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Feeezer arrives damaged- sent directly over the motor area. We plugged it in and attempted to use anyway - we didn’t care about the dent if it worked. Unfortunately, it does not cool all the way to freezing… after multiple rounds of things melting and two failed attempts to fix it, we have decided to get a freezer elsewhere.

Product came with dents and scratches. We didn't feel like going through the hassle of getting a replacement as we are keeping it in the garage so the asthetic wasn't that important. Works great though, purchased for breastmilk and meat overstock. Keeps things frozen. Though it's advised you freeze the item prior to putting it into this freezer as not to drop the internal temperature.
