I have not held back on the use of this mighty little chainsaw. I used it so much one day it quit working. I felt I got my money’s worth since it had by then cut 100’s of branches and cleared several trails through the thick Florida underbrush. Turns out it just overheated and shut down. Since then, I’ve cut many more branches, one nearly 18 inches in diameter! I even use it to cut out roots, but not a lot, meaning I’m cutting into the dirt, and am still on the original chain!
