Purchased this mixer to use for regular sized recipe batches. I'm a mother of 2 young girls and had been using a hand mixer for the past several years. I've used my parents kitchenaid mixer many times and always wished I could afford one for myself. This mixer definitely doesn't compare to what you would expect in a Kitchenaid mixer but it also doesn't disappoint and does the job that I need it to without any issues whatsoever. So far I have made a batch of cupcakes, cookies and frosting. I had no issue with the mixer incorporating everything smoothly. I read several reviews that mentioned the mixer moving while mixing but I have not personally experienced that the few times I have used it. If any issues arise I will surely update this review to reflect the products functions. The speed dial on the side is a turning nob and has many different settings that work well. The tilting head works great, there is a small lever that you turn to lift the mixer head and then you turn the bowl to unlock and lift out. There is a wonderful guard that sits on the bowl that protects splatters and spills. Perfect for a person that bakes and cooks regular sized recipes! The compact design is easy to store in my pantry or cupboard, lightweight enough to be easily moved and also doesn't take up much counter space if I choose to keep it out. I've ran all pieces through my dishwasher and they fit easily and wash well. The only addition that was not useful was the pastic spatula that was included. I gave to my daughter for a pretend cooking toy. The spatula was tiny, did not work at all and very cheap. Given that these are usually something we keep in our kitchen and probably not a super important bonus to the mixer, I think that it probably doesn't really matter much :)

Trying to find the perfect size stand mixer that is not too big and heavy but still has enough power to mix through thicker batter has been exhausting! The angel mixer is perfect!. It is quality made and is heavy enough with suction cups to keep it stationary and stable while mixing. I also like the speed dial! It is easy to control from slow to high speeds. It comes with the spatter guard and all attachments! I would definitely recommend this mixer to those who wants an easy to use everyday mixer that compliments their kitchen!

The media could not be loaded. This mixer is amazing. I've been wanting a standing mixer for awhile but couldn't find one that matched my kitchen decor that was affordable. I especially like how the plastic covering/splash guard lid snaps to the mixer body and the mixer paddles are then attached to the mixer. It comes with four different attachments for all your mixing needs and is very easy to use. It's made well and is very durable and sturdy. The dial that controls speed settings is very easy spinning and works well. It has ten speed settings and with each one you can actually hear the speed changes. It mixes evenly and mixes entire contents so there aren't any batter or food left untouched. The pouring/mixing bowl is stainless steel and is made very thick and heavy duty but is lightweight to avoid spilling accidents. The mixing bowl and attachments are dishwasher safe and it's safe to heat dry them. The mixer body is easy to wipe down with a sponge or disinfecting wipe. The mixer body also has suction cups on the bottom of it so the mixer doesn't jump and move all around the counter. I chose the red one because it matches my kitchen decor but it comes in some pretty cute colors like purple and pink. This standing mixer is a great choice if you're wanting one and I'm betting you can find the perfect color for you. This is a great value for the money.

I love my kitchenaid, but it takes up too much counter space and is heavy to move. This mixer is small enough to leave on the counter, but light enough to move if you need. Works great on simple batters, not quite strong enough for thick doughs.

This is for the NEW 10-Speed 5QT version. Mixes a loaf size dough very well. Doesn't rotate on the first several clicks of the speed regulating knob, but does the job of slow speed mixing around the "1" setting. Easy to clean, nice bowl with handle, compact for storage. Overall, a good buy.

I had a KitchenAid years ago. It was too heavy, too bulky, too hard to clean because even the mixing bowl was heavy. I gave it away. I've been using a hand mixer ever since. Now I have more time to cook and bake and I came across this Mini Angel Stand Mixer on sale. The price was good, I gave it a try. It's awesome! Lightweight enough to move around on my countertop but seems sturdy and well made. So far, I've made dinner rolls and pie crust, not something I would ever attempt before. With the Angel, the dough came together effortlessly, I just had to stand back and watch. I made dinner rolls! So much fun and easy! I love that the mixing bowl is lightweight, and I like the handle. Clean-up is easy and the attachments store right in the mixing bowl. I'm scouring the internet for recipes to make with a stand mixer and look forward to trying new things. The Angel has earned a permanent spot on my countertop, and in a small kitchen, that's high praise.

The media could not be loaded. I was thinking about investing in the Kitchen Aid monstrosity, but I have a bad back and really don’t have room to leave that on the counter forever nor will I use it that often, not like a coffee maker… So I saw this, read all the great reviews and bit the bullet, and it’s everything the reviews say it is. Lightweight, powerful, has all the attachments I need, also comes with a spatula, has the splash guard which is awesome, has little suction cups on the bottom so it sticks to the counter without moving. It’s not that loud or obnoxious either. The silver matches my appliances and kitchen, such a great price too, I’m so happy I just made my first cake for Easter with it and was so easy.
