Overall I like this mat a lot. And I love the purple color! It has some comfort to the material but it does fleck off occasionally. Not a whole lot but a bit it does. Overall it's a good mat.

I used to workout a lot but fell off and decided to start doing yoga and pilates to start getting into shape again. This mat is pretty good. I'll probably get a thicker one later but this is good to start with.

    • Don’t wear shoes while exercising on this!
So I got this so I could do exercises and not slide around yet still a little slippery. So I tried to use shoes and used the ones with less tread and I didn’t slide yet now my pieces of the mat is coming off.
