First time buying a yoga mat, it’s a good price, pretty, not squishy like I expected. But like I said this my first time getting one. So it’s durable and nice. Although it has like a factory/chem Linda smell for an hour or so when you first open it. Besides that the Thickness is like around an inch.

Very pretty, good grip, but a little thin, and the off-gassing on this thing was intense when I first got it. I had to leave it outside for three days before it no longer had that horrible plastic smell to it. Other than that, it’s a good mat.

Great mat, especially for the price. I bought it in March 2024. After using the mat for a few weeks, about a dozen times, I can report that any of the bad reviews can be ignored if you read the product information completely. Smell: As stated in the product care instructions in the seller's description, the mat has a strong chemical smell. I wiped it down and let it air out for a day and it was fine. Thin: Yes. And the description says it is only 0.2" thick. Slippery: I didn't find this to be the case. It grips just enough and lets me move on the mat just enough. Not good on hardwood floors: I disagree. I have hardwood floors and I didn't have a problem with the mat staying put, but my floors are not particularly shiny. Oily: Not my experience at all! I took it to my office, which is carpeted, and bought the GAIAM thick exercise mat for home. It's much nicer for my knees! ... show more

My favorite yoga mat so far. Night one previously from 5 & below. That cheap mat fell apart literally. This new one is one of my favorite colors, and it's so good for my hot yoga classes. Has not fallen apart. I will say, when I 1st bought it. It had a weird smell. I used clorax Wipes to wipe it down front and back and let it air dry for a couple days. A lot of cushion! This is a very comfortable mat which looks exactly as advertised. I am fully happy with the cushion it provides and how easy it is to unroll and roll up for easy storage. The smell was absolutely horrendous. I unpackaged it to test and within a few minutes I had a headache from a chemical smell from the mat. Love everything else but the chemical smell was almost a deal breaker to return. I saw a few other reviews to leave it out for a day. I will try that. ... show more
