This mat is soooo comfy I find myself (and my dog) just laying on it for a while after my routine. Thinking of getting another (smaller) one just so she has something to lay on while I do my yoga so I don’t have to stretch around the dog that’s trying to steal it from me

If you need a thick mat for knee protection like I do this mat is great but I only use it for slow classes if you do a faster flow class I usually use a thin mat because this one can kinda stretch on you .. I do like the strap it comes with and I love the comfort of this mat for the knees but if you do a lot of “warrior pose” you will feel the mat stretch and lose your balance ... show more

I needed to paint my walls and baseboards. I've had back surgery and can't sit on my butt and bend over. Blankets weren't working as I tried to lay on my side to paint. I saw this, bought it and have finished two rooms. Think outside the box.

I love this mat for yoga and stretching. I've been taking a cardio vinyassa yoga class that was killing my knees, ankles and toes. I have hardwood floors so doing yoga and Pilates without a mat is pretty much impossible. This is a great mat and a really good thickness. Only problem I had was it didn’t want to unroll all the way on one side and kept trying to roll itself back up. I think that’ll go away as I use it more though
