I felt stable doing floor work and standing poses, as well as downward dog, bird dog etc. I have not experienced any slippage on the hard wood floor or hard wood deck. It is perfect for floor stretching and does not hurt my knees or wrists. The thickness is enough to support every part of my body. It's ok! It's really thick and feels nice. It has a very strong stinky chemical smell. I aired it outside for two days and also sprayed it with hospital-grade cleaner. The smell was reduced but is still there. I sprayed it with perfume next, on both sides. It is better but the stinky chemical smell is still present. I paid $42 so probably not worth it at that price point. I usually love Amazon Basics and it's my first time having a poor experience with the brand. I don't think I can return it since I sprayed it with so much stuff. Really a pity.
