Due to the mat being so thick, during yoga it's hard to remain stable and not wobbly when on one foot or something of the like, but very comfortable to lay down on. Otherwise, great quality and a hell of a value which is true for most Amazon Basics items. Durability is kind of off due to some ripping from the fabric being pushed from some yoga poses. A wider mat would be nice. This one isn't necessarily thin, but more width would make workouts nicer. Outperforms all name brands, quality is great after using it for working out 5 days a week for the past 4 months.
