I just got this cooling towel delivered today, and open the the package with various of colors inside choose from; So I followed simple instructions like wetting and wring out water out from towel. Then hold the towel with both hand and wave it up and down couple of minutes and feel the result quickly on your skin. I placed it on my back and shoulders to cool down from the heat.
