Great looking chair with a nicely tufted. It's more of a super dark gray than it is black. Directions are pretty straight forward and there's a total of 16 bolts to get the chair together. In total, I would say 5mins a chair for assembly. The chair itself is very comfortable, and the swivel motion is great, very firm, yet easy to move. I ordered 6 chairs, for some reason I got to many of the same side legs in the package. I reached out to customer service and they promptly sent me new legs. Very happy with the purchase!

These bar stools are exactly what we were looking for. They look great and fit perfectly in our kitchen. We also find them to be very comfortable and very sturdy, and assembly was simple and quick. On top of that, the supplier's customer service was outstanding. I bought 4 stools and when I opened the final box I noticed a small piece on one leg was broken (the dowel/peg that connects 2 halves). I contacted the seller and they responded within a few hours. Best of all, the were able to simply send me a set of replacement legs - which only took a few days via FedEx - instead of making me go through all the hassles of returning the entire package and waiting for a new one, which is what most suppliers do in these situations in my experience. I couldn't be happier with the product and the customer service, and can highly recommend both.

Easy to put together and very sturdy for price. Only dropping a star because they are very stiff to swivel (I'm going to see if good old WD40 will help) and they are a bit firmer than I would have liked. Other stools I was trying had more of a concave seat, this is different, you sit more on top of the cushion that doesn't have a lot of give, like maybe it has too much stuffing. But you get used to it and it's comfortable and supportive. I'm buying two more to complete my breakfast bar.

These barstools are both beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. They were very easy to assemble and could be done in about 20 minutes. We ordered 3 and really love them. There was a small issue with one of the stools and customer service couldn't have been nicer and more supportive with resolving our issues. Would highly recommend for look, quality, and excellent customer service if you have any issues.

I have been looking for a very long time for the right bar stools. I finally found them. They are very comfortable. The have a 360 swivel. It is pu leather but doesn't look cheap. We purchased the creamy grey. They are so nice. We had a problem with legs on one stool and the seat on another. The hole in the legs would just not grab. We were about done and noticed a small tear in the pu leather of one chair. We purchased 4 stools but could complete only three due to the problem. I immediately wrote the company. I heard back super quick and they asked me to send a picture and I did. They sent me a replacement very quickly. This company has OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are extremely happy with our purchase and with this company.

At first, I only ordered two to see if they would go with my decor, and if I liked them. I was a little frustrated initially upon receiving them because I couldn’t find the directions. After reading some of the reviews and asking a question another customer told me the directions were wrapped up in the seat. The directions only had a picture/diagram. It would’ve been nice to actually have the directions written out as it took an hour putting the first one together. I couldn’t finish the 2nd one because it was missing a part. I contacted the seller and they responded very quickly and sent me the missing part within two days. The communication back-and-forth between the seller was awesome. I then ordered my third chair and just love them! My grandkids love the fact that they swivel. They are super comfortable, extremely sturdy, the material is soft, and look great. I highly recommend them. The seller definitely cares and wants the customer completely happy & satisfied! Love that too!
