I've had this chair for about 3 months now, and I really enjoy it! It was easy to assemble, took me about half an hour. It came with all of the parts neatly packaged with instructions and clearly labeled for easy installation. The pink is a super cute light pink and it perfectly matches my desk and pink office theme. The seat is nice and large and comfortable for me and I'm plus size (5'4", 210 lbs, size 18). I can fold my legs and sit with them crossed on the seat (theres barely enough room for that but enough that I will sit like that anyway). The curvature of the back is nice and has actually helped my lower and upper back pain a bit! This is important to me because I have cervical and lumbar spinal stenosis and have chronic back pain. The chair can lean back moderately, and the function is so smooth that it actually surprised me at first! The mesh back is nice because it offers airflow that normally you wouldn't get, nice for people like myself who run hot. The arms are pretty strong and I like that they're set up in a way so that they don't limit your leg movement, however, they're not adjustable and not very long. I may get some armpads for more comfort. The wheels were somewhat tricky to put on. At first, I couldn't get the casters into the holes and thought I wasn't doing it correctly, but after more trying, I forced the wheels into the hole (this requires a bit of force and some people with difficulty gripping or forearm strength may need help with this, in my opinion). After getting them on and set though, they work surprisingly well! They roll perfectly on my apartment's carpet and so far haven't had any issues with them getting caught up or catching too much fur (I have cats). If you have cats though, be careful because the mesh backing is pretty easy for their little claws to poke/tear holes into! Unfortunately I learned that the hard way when my kitten got a hold of my chair (said tuxedo cat in second picture, looking not guilty whatsoever). Now I just throw a hoodie or blanket over it when I'm done at my desk for the day and I don't worry about it. All in all, I think this chair is a great buy and I love it! I'll update if I have any other significant comments to make. ... show more

The chair was laid out well on how to put it together. It doesn’t seem to be the same shade of pink I was expecting . The main problem I had with the chair is the cloth material it is made from, I found to be very harsh on the skin. It seems to be very durable material though. I tried to put arm pads on the arm to help with the rough feeling of the material. But I had difficulty in finding covers to fit properly. I had to return it. I realized later my husband accidentally left a part out of the return box.. I can not find how to contact the seller to return the piece that didn’t make it in the box. I will gladly return the part, if contacted on how to send it back. Also, I was given the option by the seller to make a positive review & video of the product for a $50.00 Amazon card. I hate to miss out on the opportunity. This chair just wasn’t a good fit for me but it is a well-made chair. ... show more

I'm 5'4" 140 lbs with a lower back issue. I like to sit cross legged in chairs and I also enjoy rocking in a chair when I'm doing my stressful thinking. I used to sit on a large plates ball but my tailbone has been giving me issues for this recently and bouncing on video conferences with clients is a no go. So I needed a chair. For the price point, I'm really happy with this chair. It let's me rock without falling over. It swivels which is nice. The seat base is wide enough I can sit cross legged in the chair when I need to take pressure off the back of my thighs (if you're short you know what I am talking about here! I do this instead of a stool for my feet). I can sit for hours on end without my tailbone complaining. The chair in my room is blue, my son has the orange and my upstairs office has a Grey version. They are all pretty colors, modern and the fabric has been easy enough to clean so far. I may spray some scotch guard on them just because I have kids and pets and they're sometimes not observant about having clean hands... and sometimes I much on food at my desk at 3 am 🙄 but I can still blame everyone else right? ... show more

Comfortable office chair with very strong lumbar support. I'm 6'2" and overall, I'm very happy with this chair. Assembly was fairly easy, and the instructions were clear. It comes with all the tools you need to build it. The arm rests are perfect for me, and I suspect most other people. That said, be aware that this isn't some thousand-dollar chair that allows you to adjust the arm rests up or down in micro-increments. You either have them down or up. As for the headrest, even at the top position, it was a bit too low for me, so if you're taller, be aware of that. For me, I don't really care for the headrest as I've always used chairs without one, so I removed it. The lumbar support is fairly intense, so keep that in mind. It's great if you want it and might be a bit overwhelming if you don't as you can't remove it. ... show more

UPDATED REVIEW: Mimoglad has a 5-star customer service team that worked quickly to resolve my issue. Customer Service Rep Bonnie reached out and offered to send me a replacement gas cylinder that is 2 inches shorter than the one that comes with the chair. When I was having trouble understanding how to replace the part, Bonnie filmed and sent actual videos showing me how, and I was able to to do it in less than 5 minutes. Thanks Bonnie!! The chair is now the perfect height for me and I'm able to benefit from all the support features. –– ORIGINAL REVIEW: Beautiful chair that’s a bit too tall for me This chair was easy to put together, and I appreciated the thoughtful packaging (which included gloves for gently handling the chair during construction). The color is beautiful and brightens my home office. My only complaint is that my feet do not touch the ground even when the chair is set to it’s lowest. :( (For reference, I’m 5’2”.) I may have been able to read details about the height in the description, but didn’t notice. Bummer! I’m sure it would be very comfortable and supportive if it was a better fit. ... show more
