I used this to sand down a steel handrail for repainting. The narrow belt worked great around the twisted vertical rails and on the small reveals on the horizontal rails. I had two batteries from another Milwaukee tool, so I was able to keep working continuously. It does require several belts to get a large job done, I went through about 8 coarse belts in about 3 hours of sanding. Not only is it expensive for what it is…. It only worked for about 10mins before the motor got very tight and started to shut down for overload. Now I’m having a hard time with the seller and Amazon getting it returned. Very disappointing
