The media could not be loaded. I was very afraid that after 7 months of having this printer and finally being able to use It It DIDNT work. I installed everything correctly. Everything was great. Once I would press print It will send the job but nothing would come out. I read many reviews but I couldn’t figure It out. So I message the seller. Next day I have a message from them on how to fix the problem. All I had to do was press the “feed key” the button on top for about 10 seconds this would reste the printer and then print again. And It worked! It printed! Yeeey! So happy I was able to fix It. Thank you to the seller for getting back to me on time! ... show more

    • Great for a small business
I run a small business and sell via etsy and our website. This is the first label printer I've ever owned and I love it. Previously, I was printing labels on paper and taping over them. This has saved me so much time (and tape). The setup was really easy, and it works great. I was a little nervous because setting up new tech can be really obnoxious, but it wasn't at all. I didn't have a flash drive in my package, but I just went to the seller's website and downloaded the drivers directly. It took a few minutes and I didn't have any issues at all. It's super fast, has a really small footprint, and I like that it came with the label holder. Each label only takes a fraction of a second to print. I LOVE that it doesn't require ink. I'm saving so much ink in my actual printer. The only issue I've had during use is that if you're not careful that the paper feeding into the printer is perfectly aligned with the feeder, the labels can come out too far to one side and not perfectly centered. Just make sure that the paper holder is even with the printer feed. I found that roll labels were MUCH more finicky about this. Maybe because the roll can shimmy from one side of the holder to the other. Once I switched to folded, I haven't had that issue. Probably because the weight of the folded paper stops it from moving around. All in all, I'm super pleased with my purchase and I would absolutely buy it again if I needed another. I would recommend it to anyone with a small business for sure. Just in the month or so I've owned it, it's definitely paid for itself both in saving my time, as well as saving expensive ink. ... show more

The seller was very responsive to an inquiry I had (be a bit patient as they are on the other side of the world if you are in the United States). The printer itself was a snap to set up for my Mac and the bonus label holder is great and works with fan folded or spool labels. On the Mac it connects via wire and I'll need a longer cable to be able to place the printer where I want it in my office, however with the label holder it does fit out of the way on the corner of my desk. See photo. Interestingly, my Mac senses the printer via Bluetooth but I haven't played around to see if it will work wirelessly. Print quality is as expected and great for shipping labels. I see that some people use these thermal printers for decorative labels. I don't know that the dpi is high enough to satisfy my requirements for those so will stick to my laser for that type of things. This printer is extremely fast and what a time saver to not have to load sheets of labels into the bypass of my laser. The 4 x 6 label size is much better than the 1/2 sheets from the laser and much better for smaller shipments. The printer senses the label and lines it up perfectly. I did have to twinkle around in my various e-commerce platforms to change my printer settings but once done printing is seamless. There appear to be many printers made by the same manufacturer with different names sold by different sellers. I'm glad I chose to buy from this seller and would do so again without hesitation.     • Aggravating to use!
Frankly I pretty much hate this printer. I do like the price and the size. It has a clear print WHEN it prints correctly. It sometimes pulls labels crooked. Every time you turn on the power it makes this ear splitting screaming beep that repeats until you load the label. No way to stop it. It has a big power brick and two cords that have to be plugged up before you can send a simple image from a laptop. Very awkward when working in a tight space like an RV. I have only had it two months and used it maybe 10 times. It already had to be cleaned. Prior to cleaning it had stopped printing completely after ruining 20 labels cutting off the top half. I find it highly annoying and dread setting it up every time I need it. I bought it for the size and price because I am on the road and have online sales. I couldn't power my standard laser printer with my little power station. I do wish I had bought a different printer in this category. ***6/2022*** Updating to add that seller has been VERY concerned and has reached out several times trying to make me happy with this order. Excellent seller. I decided to keep the item, and there was nothing further needed. ... show more

    • Great little printer, I wish I bought it long time ago...
For years I was printing on my home printer and sticking the label to the package. It was a drag... About 6 months ago I got this printer when it was on special and since then my life has changed for the better... Setting up the printer was extremely easy, it comes with a USB stick that has the drivers and it took about a minute. The quality of the prince is great and so is the paper that came with it. I print about 10 labels a week and so far it has been nearly flawless. Recently it started acting up where it would not print so clearly and I turn to the vendor for support and within a day they responded. Apparently all I needed was to clean the printing head... A classic user error... In summary, it is quiet, fast and high quality. I highly recommend it. ... show more
