  • Mikolo Smith Machine M10
Style Name: M10 with 180° Pivot Arm (Upgrade) Color: Black
Mikolo Smith Machine M10 - I chose this specific cage because I wanted a smith bar, plate storage directly on the back of rack (6 spots), all metal independent pulley systems, and something durable. Also each pulley system arm adjusts a full 180 degrees for maximum angles. Odering process - Shipped in 5 boxes, I received one tracking number. Received 2 packages and got worried. Reached out to them and they provided the other tracking numbers, received the rest of the packages the following day. Boxes were mangled but no damage to anything. Review - Broke installation up into 2 days. I'd recommend leaving the bolts and stuff in the vacuumed packages, slit a hole over each group so they all stay separate and organized (saves a ton of time). Hand tighten everything until fully setup then go back over all bolts with power tools to tighten. The power cage is worth every penny. It's heavy duty, solid, holds my 400 pounds of plates, and I have a versatile/complete workiut system in my dedicated workout room. LOVE the smith bar, the pulley system is solid. This is the machine you want. ... show more

  • Great for home gym…with caveats
Style Name: M10 with 180° Pivot Arm (Upgrade) Color: Black
I got this to replace an Ethos Power Rack 1.0. That was just a cage with a pull up bar. I wanted something with a Smith machine and cable system to save space. This one has that in spades. The number of attachments you get is also nice. Assembly was challenging since I did it by myself. It took me around 5.5 hours total. The metal parts weren’t labeled so you really need to pay attention to the images. IMPORTANT!!! When it comes to running the cables you have to remove the end where the attachment goes in order for the cables to fit through the pulleys!! I spent 15 minutes or longer trying to figure out how to get them run. There is nothing in the instructions about it either. Actually, there are no written instructions at all. It’s all just poor quality images. If you don’t have good eyesight you will have trouble. The overall construction is decent, but the metal is much thinner than my Ethos rack. The tubes are also a lot smaller. This creates lateral movement, especially when using the dip attachment. Typically when I do barbell rows at 235lbs I rest it on the support arms. If I deadlift anything over 300lbs I start there as well due to a bad back. The support arms on this will have to be gradually tested since they are much smaller than the ones on my other rack. The pull up bar is sturdy. The pulleys operate really smoothly. The smith attachment seems stiff but that may be because I need to realign the hooks. I chose not to install the big metal covers because I like the look better without them. Also, the screw holes on one of the top bars were drilled on the wrong side of the bar. This is not a commercial grade machine so don’t expect it to be. It provides a TON of exercise options and will serve my purpose well. Hopefully for a long time. Overall it is worth the price. If the mfr would provide more detailed instructions and the metal was a bit thicker it would be a solid 5. Being so thin it did show up with a few dents and dings. Nothing structural, thankfully. One of the metal covers was bent and wouldn’t fit without hammering it back into shape. I didn’t bother since I wasn’t going to use them anyway. 6 month update: after having used this machine now for six months I have only had one issue, but that issue is significant. The weld on one of the weight arms of the pulley system had a weld crack almost all the way around. That has rendered the cable crossover useless. I have contacted the seller to see about getting that part replaced. No word yet. ... show more

  • Mikolo M10 — The Home Gym I Didn’t Know I Needed Mikolo M10 — The Home Gym I Didn’t Know I Needed
Style Name: M10 with 180° Pivot Arm (Upgrade) Color: Black
TL;DR I wrote a dang novel apparently..lol Amazon seems to combine reviews for multiple Mikolo machines, so this review is specifically for the Mikolo M10 with the 180° pivot extension arms. After searching for nearly three months for a solid Power Cage/Smith Machine combo, I kept running into the same issues: machines missing key features, machines that had the features but lacked others I wanted, or machines that were simply way too expensive. Then I came across this one — and it checked every box. Features & Performance The 180° pivoting arms are what sold me. Mikolo wasn’t exaggerating when they said they put an entire gym into one machine. One of my favorite features is the ability to mimic chest flys. I have a longer reach than most people, and most home machines just don’t give me the same pump as a standalone fly machine at the gym. This one does — and even better, I can switch between wide, narrow, and multiple height variations to hit the entire chest. Storage & Organization Another must‑have for me was storage. Most machines put weight storage on the sides, which doesn’t work for my setup. I already have a CAP weight stand, but I love that this machine lets you mount plates on the back instead. The “quick storage” area on the rear is also a huge win — no clutter, no accessories scattered everywhere. This machine really does come with everything you need. Assembly Experience I assembled it myself over a couple of days (and yes, I still have my IT job). I’m an advanced DIYer — electrical, car maintenance, repairs, you name it — and I’d say the assembly is very doable, but it may be challenging for someone brand new to this kind of project. There are no written step‑by‑step instructions, but the included assembly book is detailed and covers all 20 steps clearly. The machine arrives in five large boxes, and the instructions are in Box 5 of 5. Take photos before opening anything and inspect every part. Shipping companies are not gentle, so expect a few scratches or minor tweaks. Mikolo’s support team is responsive, though. I only had one broken vinyl foot, and it didn’t affect assembly. Three Assembly Tips That Will Save You Headaches 1. Smith bar bearing sleeve: Make sure the larger “32.0” side faces outward. 2. Step 12, Cable A: There’s a T20 screw on the vinyl catch of the pivot arm pulley that must be removed to feed the cable correctly. Mikolo doesn’t mention this, and I learned the hard way. The cable must pass through the hole directly behind the pulley. 3. Smith rail: The threaded end goes up and attaches from the top. Final Thoughts This machine is absolutely worth it. It’s versatile, well‑designed, and genuinely feels like having a full gym in one footprint. I’m already enjoying it, and I know I’ll continue to. ... show more

  • Beyond satisfied Beyond satisfied
Style Name: M10 with 180° Pivot Arm (Upgrade) Color: Black
Equipment arrived over 2 days in 4 boxes. Which gives you time to lay everything out and review installation instructions. Each box was about 110 pounds each. The first set of boxes were smaller compact parts and accessories. The next 2 were the uprights and the barbell boxes. Only 2 uprights were bent but was able to straighten with end of hammer. Everything fit together perfectly no issues. I’m 6’4” and the rack is plenty wide and gives good range of motion. Would buy again. ... show more

  • Abysmal customer service
Style Name: M10 with 180° Pivot Arm (Upgrade) Color: Black
Would not recommend. Does it function? No idea, can't put it together. Arrived with 2 bent verticle uprights and missing a smith machine spring. Now 4 days of emailing, calling, chatting Mikolo customer service and no help but "I'll escelate". Zero solutions so here sits a half assembled and useless rack. If/when Mikolo makes this right I'll consider revisiting this review. ... show more

  • M10 Upgraded Review: It’s Great M10 Upgraded Review: It’s Great
Style Name: M10 with 180° Pivot Arm (Upgrade) Color: Black
M10 Review: Leaving this review because I was looking for one machine that had everything I needed in one, and that didn’t cost a million dollars. There are very few reviews on the actual M10 that’s only available on Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart as a special and more affordable model compared to the other mikolo models that I was hesitant it would suck, feel cheap, have a ton of issues. But risked it and it paid off. This thing is solid. Has a ton of functionality. Lots of attachments. Cables and pulleys are smooth. It has everything you need to train hard. It did take me over 8 hours to build by myself, but then again it’s basically an entire gym, so it’s worth it. I recommend getting someone to help you build it to minimize build time. Tip: make sure you use the exact screws for each step cause if you don’t it’ll bite you in the butt. When installing the cables, it’s super easy. Just remove the Allen screw in the black thing attached to the end of the cable. If you’re on the fence due to few reviews and a price that looks too good to be true, do it. It’s a great deal and a great machine. ... show more

  • Amazing home gym machine!! Amazing home gym machine!!
Style Name: M10 with 180° Pivot Arm (Upgrade) Color: Black
Great machine for a great price!! I had the bench and the olympic weights hence got the model without them. Just to start, it comes in 4 YUUGE boxes and they are heavy! Had one piece which had the end slightly bent but I used the butt from a hammer to straighten it, no biggie. Install takes approximately 6 hours if doing it alone. Would definitely be nicer to have an extra person to help. The instructions are fairly simple, EXCEPT the cables, which for the front do NOT show how to properly “thread” the cable thru the front pulleys. Just note you will have to unscrew one or two pulley/wheels assembly because the end of the cable with the metal ball will not fit thru (instructions don’t tell you this). Just tighten them when you have it all done and connected. Big note, as the instructions do state: do NOT fully tighten all the bolts until the machine is completely assembled! After it is assembled, a big tip: when using the cables, make sure the arm system (see instructions in step 4 you’ll know what I am refraining to, #13) is angled towards you if you do any back and swinging arms exercises, otherwise the top metal portion which rotates will get the cable to pinch into the other metal connection and it may strip off the plastic casing of the wire. Try this gently and see first and make sure it does not do that, otherwise you’ll be replacing that cable soon. Good luck, enjoy and keep pumping!! ... show more
