My husband and i are in love with this smith machine, it has everything we need, is sturdy and not to hard to assemble considering all the things it have, good price for money, and the customer service of the seller are exceptional, i received a cable which was pealing, j write them directly and in few hours they reply, they send me a brand new cale free of charge and within a week. The machine itself as a whole is nice, it has good quality materials and everything works as it should. Putting it together, other than the base, nothing lines up perfectly so you will have to pull and push the bars to line them up, doesn’t mean it’s wonky or wobbly, or it sits uneven or anything, once it’s all together it’s great, and the instructions aren’t bad but they could definitely be better. If you’re picky and a*** about stuff, for the cost of this machine the brand sign will probably bug you because it’s not cutout into the metal how the picture shows, it’s just a sticker, so it looks very cheap and cheesy.

This is a very well built and sturdy machine. We received the 4 boxes over 2 days (2 each day). Everything was included and packed well without any damage. It took the better part of a day to unbox everything and assemble by myself, but it was not difficult to follow the instructions. After getting it assembled, this smith is easily the best bang for your buck. I saw a couple complaints by YouTube reviews stating the cables don’t work too well with light weight. This is true, however a couple squirts of a silicone lubricant on the poles immediately solves this. Additionally, each cable has two posts for holding weight plates. It is important to balance the weight you want to lift on both posts. Rather than placing a 25lb plate on 1 post use 1-10lb and 1-2.5lb plate on each post and the cable glides exactly like any commercial grade cable system. If you only use 1 post for weight plates , it will slightly drag. My only complaint is the lack of something to hold down your legs when going heavy on lat pull downs. Without anything over your legs, you will be lifted out of your seat. Hopefully this will be an added attachment as it is very much needed.

Incredibly versatile power rack. Squat rack addition is a huge benefit. Handles a lot of weight and allows two people to work out at the same time with seperate pulleys.

This thing is the bomb.com. The leg press attachment didn't fit, but I emailed them just now and I'm sure we'll get it sorted out. Love this machine. Maybe add some silicone lubricant to the functional trainer posts though if you buy this.
