This power cage by Mikolo with lat pull down & cable crossover system is Amazing. it fit perfectly in the space i made for it as per the dimensions given in the product information guide. before buying this i already owned a few Olympic weight plates with a bench, Straight bar, and a curl bar. With the purchase of this power rack i have been able to take my fitness game to a whole new level. The attachments that come with this power cage are great. One of my favorite is the Landmine attachment. I really love being able to add those exercises to my routine. This power cage is made from quality steel which i can tell will last many many years to come. One of the things i was most impressed with is the quality of the cables included in this power cage. These are very well made cables and you can tell they are built to last. If i have to say anything negitive about this power cage is the feet pedels on the bottom left side for lat rows are pretty close to the pulleys and dont allow too much back strech. Matbe if Mikolo added a small extension there you could get a deeper row when doing the exercise. Overall this product is 5stars I am extremely happy with my purchase and have been telling all my friends.

I got the one where I wanted the bench as well. The bench being able to incline and decline is such an added bonus. The quality overall is really good. Cable portion is really smooth and feels like it’s at a commercial gym. The fact that it comes with parts like the dip machine and pull up bar is great. If you are looking to build a home gym, this is a good foundation to start. I would recommend this product to anyone in any stage of their fitness journey.

First and foremost, take those tools that come with the cage and toss them out the window. A wrench and socket wrench are mandatory for assembly. I can't imagine putting this thing together with the tools that came with the cage. Overall the cage is great. Great quality for the price. Assembly is not difficult, just time consuming. I had to backtrack a few times because left a washer off so pay attention or you'll be adding time to construction. I feel like the top cables are just a little too long but it's not a big deal.

The product comes in three large, heavy boxes. The manufacturer suggest 2 people to move the boxes around. You can move them around if you're only one person but the combo of size and weight makes it awkward. I was a little concerned about damaged or missing pieces based on how some of the boxes arrived (one box had a huge gaping hole) and hearing a lot of rattling inside on of the boxes. Luckily, nothing was missing. However, some pieces were slightly scuffed one piece was bent (see pic). Assembly was pretty straightforward. If you can assemble IKEA furniture, you can assemble this rack. One thing to note is that there are two bolts that are similar in size and very easy to confuse one for the other. So check (and double-check) you are using the right bolt for a given location. The package does include tools for assembly but I recommend using a 17mm socket/ratchet and wrench instead as the included tools are not big enough to give you good leverage. The spacing between the holes for rack attachments is 4". This may or may not be an issue for you. There are other racks with closer spacing. The cable crossover system works well and is very smooth. The assembly does have springs to accommodate a hard landing but I prefer to err on the side of caution and not slam the weights down. The only thing I don't like about this power cage is the weight and barbell storage rack. This seemed flimsy to me. I decided to remove it altogether. I have another weight tree in its place. One thing to note... the main cage posts are 50 x 70 mm. There aren't many other cages out there with the same dimensions. So there aren't many attachments you can purchase for this cage and the manufacturer themselves do not make any. So if you're looking to add any attachment to this power cage, make sure it is one that will fit! Overall, I'm happy with this purchase and would recommend it for anyone looking to have their own home gym.

It also has extra attachments and pulleys, I can pretty much work out the entire body with so many exercises with this one piece of equipment. Everything I needed for my home gym. Bought the plates and barbell separately, but everything else came in the package. Great deal and highly recommend. Instructions were easy to follow, and it took me maybe 3 hours to out it together (would be faster with better tools).

This power cage was an amazing purchase. I'm using the bench with around 225-250lbs and it holds steady with no problems. The pulley system is extremely smooth and works great with heavy weight. I use around 200 on the pulleys. Colors are amazing and fit in my guest room flawlessly. Squat rack holds up very well. I've only gone up to 400lbs with the rack. Very sturdy. Lastly it was an easy assembly. Took roughly 2 to 3 hours by myself.
