Have a home gym, but lacking a jungle gym for pull downs? Problem solved. This will basically turn your squat rack into a jungle gym giving you everything you’ll need for you home gym. I wasn’t sure how this would work seeing as it uses free weight, but it’s surprisingly stable. I don’t feel like it’s going to snap or cause injury and it feels really smooth which also surprised me. The cables are quality gym grade and they perform as advertised. It can hold as much weight as you can put on it.

Very great value. Makes workouts at home fun. Simple enough for any power tower situation. The string cables attached are a little bit too Long, couldn't use them and ordered a short one, bit I'm only 5'4".

Everything seems solid and capable, I haven’t tested any heavy weights with it because the shortest cable was too long and the longest cable was too short 😒 my rack is a Titan T2 series, the 71” and I’m 5’5 and I couldn’t do arm accessories with the shortest cable it was still too long, and I ordered a second pulley to make kickbacks possible to be a basic b and the 90” was too short. I ordered a 45” cable for arms, I could have probably went with 36” but I’ll just sit on the bench to do tricep extensions lol and I just ordered 118” cable for the leg accessories. I am too lazy to return it and piece it all together, I think $40 something for everything is fair, 2 cables that aren’t ideal size isn’t enough to return it

This little pulley system is quite good, especially considering the cost. It's quite sturdy, comes with an adapter sleeve for 2" plates, and a number of other little accessories that make it really versatile. I do wish there were a way to extend it a little further and/or get some extra parts. For example, if there were a kit with extra D-rings, an extra pulley, and/or a longer cable (for more complex setups), this system would be really first class. That aside, the only complaint I have about this machine is that the pad at the bottom of the pin likes to shift and will need replacement at some point. I can probably come up with some sort of bumper material on my own, but like with the replacement D-rings, it would be nice if I could order those parts from the company. Nitpicking aside, this is a great pulley machine for the money and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to add some versatility to any home gym.

Very sturdy and good quality. I use this off my pull up bar to create cable style exercises and couldnt be more happier. Highly recommend as a substitute for when you want to do cable exercises but don't wanna invest in a cable machine
