Excellent pillow for the price. It was very comfortable to sleep on - not too hard or soft. There was no smell when I unpackaged it, and it did not produce a smell when sleeping on it.

While I love the shape + size of this pillow, it's pretty firm. I would like it just a bit softer. But I still kept it as I figure it will soften up just a bit more with regular use. A little too firm is better than it being too mushy. My boyfriend has an identically shaped pillow he bought from his chiropractor for neck pain so this one will do the same theraputic job for your neck + shoulders. It's the same size as a regular pillow + will fit any standard pillow case without being to baggy or anything. It has a special fabric covering, kind of like a football jersey type fabric, that breathes + actually stays pretty cool while sleeping. This pillow has helped my neck pain go away. I think it would be easy enough to wash though I have not yet done that. What's a trip is how it comes shipped. It comes completely flat with all the air sucked out of it + it looks far too small to be a regular size pillow. But simply open it, let the air suck into it, maybe puff it up a few times + give it about 5 minutes + you will be happily surprised to see it turn into a full-size pillow. It's kind of like magic how it expands into such a firm, shapely pillow. It doesn't seem possible--but it is! I look forward to sleeping on it each night + I'm glad I bought it for my aching neck.

I love this pillow. It's so comfy and I consistently wake up in less pain. I was rear ended last year, and the fancy pillow from my chiropractor didn't work, neither did the contoured one where you could adjust the height. This one is perfect. Its nice & firm without feeling too hard. It always bounces back after being compressed in luggage. The shape is just right with the thinner side working for stomach sleeping.

I needed a new pillow and this was my decision. I got it on sale and I ended up loving it. It was much more firm than my old one (i prefer the firmness) and I also love the size. I didnt realize this was a queen size pillow at first and the size difference was noticeable when I compared it to my old pillow. I prefer this one a lot and would buy it again whenever I need a new one.

The is the best pillow to get rid of neck pain. It’s a great price and worth every penny. Just be sure to replace as it loses its firmness after about a year of daily use. It doesn’t have a strong smell and fluffs up quickly. I absolutely recommend this!
