Surprisingly comfortable, and the material doesn't feel cheap. Was so skeptical to buy, but no regrets! Assembly was also super easy. Took me an hour (you do need someone to help hold the other side of the piece when you're assembling though). My package was missing one leg but the seller sent the missing parts immediately. One of the most comfortable couches I've ever sat on. Definitely much better quality than the cost. I'm able to move it around without a problem and change the look with just a few screw great versatility with this couch . Being able to wash the covers is also a great add-on.

The couch looked just like it did in pictures and was easy to assemble. I put a three person sofa together with my 11 year old daughter in about an hour. Very easy to assemble and the value is great given house soft the fabric is and how sturdy the couch is. Highly recommend!

I've had my sofa for about 7 months now. It's just ok, honestly. Not as comfy as the real cloud couches that they simulate. It's soft, the color is lovely (I got the blue) but the center of each cushion is too puffed/egg-shaped that it rolls you into the cracks of the sofa all the time. Think: when you sleep in bed with a heavier partner and you manage to roll into their backside because the bed slopes in on their side. That is what it's like sitting on this couch. It was easy to assemble. Shipping was TOO fast. Weird to say that, but... I hadn't moved in yet and I was timing the delivery of this couch for my move-in weekend, and they sent it a week early. Not only that, but it was delivered in so many pieces that I had to go all over town chasing it all down and there was no flexibility from the seller side to alter the date or anything. It was a mess. The seller was very communicative about what was going and tried to help and is the only reason it's not getting a lower rating. The couch itself I'd give about a 3.5. Seller I'd give a 4. They really need to work on allowing additional options with the delivery partners for something this large.

Exactly what I expected! All pieces of the couch arrived same day. The only thing I don’t like is that it is pretty low to the ground, so you’ll most likely want to get 4-6 inches legs. Other than that it’s exactly what you see! Not a bad couch at all.

You get what you seen online. The couch is beautiful, easy to assemble, and comfortable. The seller was easy to work with when Amazon did not deliver the all the boxes and reached out to personally make sure I got the last box. If you are looking for a great couch for a great price this is it.

The media could not be loaded. Month 5: This is not it. We barely sit in the living room anymore. Avoid it at almost all costs. It’s fine laying down on, but it is not for sitting on for more than an hour. Even the hour is not super comfortable. Maybe too comfy and no support. My sister and my back hurt from sitting on it to watch a movie. The back is too low for lounging and being comfy. Still love the ottomans and then being arrangeable. Still love the way it looks. Just not comfy. The back and side cushions are so thin. So sad. Had so much hope for this. My husband calls it a $1,000 lesson. Not worth the money. You can buy wayyy better couches for this price. Also… there are only a couple bolts hold up the back, after a month, they literally started moving and now moves back and fourth. It needs to be tightened but we haven’t yet. I just don’t think I should have to keep tightening a couch I bought for that price. I no longer stand on my first review below. Day 1 review: I’m a real person with a real review. And I’m going to leave the review that I wished was here when I was looking to buy. I decided to take a chance with not much info. I GOT YOU. We almost got the bigger one but super glad we measured because these are way longer/bigger in person. We got two ottomans and I really like being able to switch things up. We put it against the wall too and it looked like a straight up sectional. You can make many variations with the two. I don’t like them separate on either end because it will be hard to put a coffee table. But we also put it in the middle with a little space between the couch and it looked like a normal couch with a big ottoman. And you can get a nice little chair on one side! Okay. Let me go through some things you probably want to know. Comfort: As is, it’s pretty comfy. From what we’ve read, it takes a couple days for the cushions to air out, but I don’t think it will make that much of a difference. The down side is, the sides and back aren’t as comfortable as we’d hope. Wish it was double thickness on the backs. I’ll show them in my video. I was worried that the back would be too short to sit comfortably but it’s not a worry, they are just right for me and my husband. Laying down, this couch is incredibly comfortable. We’ve found that putting pillows behind us make the back feel much better. Without them it’s seriously not bad, but if you’re super picky you may not like it. Height: Definitely low. We actually like it. We basically lounge on the couch and always have our feet up anyways. My husband still likes it even though he’s 6’2. His knees definitely go a little higher than a normal height couch. I’ll take a picture of him on it. He’s hot. My cat is an older cat and this height is way better for her. Legs were plastic. But seem sturdy and don’t look plastic when couch is together. Options: This has enough options with the Ottomans to be moved around. We could probably bring this into any house as long as the living room was big enough. Packaging: it comes vacuum sealed, from what I’ve read it is complicated to return it, if you even can. It ships and separate boxes. Ours came in four or five at different times. It also said delivered when the first box showed, and I kind of thought this was going to be the only part that showed up, I was a little worried. Look: Couldn’t look better in my opinion. It looks super expensive. Putting it together we were kind of questioning 🤠😂 Sturdiness: Sturdier than expected. But could definitely be sturdier. Holds together well. Color: I got black and it is perfect. It’s not too dark to where it looks bad. It has zippers underneath the cushions to make you think it’s washable, but honestly I don’t think you could get the covers back on. So I don’t think it is washable, but it might be I don’t know. Would I buy this again: Yes. I would. And I do not regret this purchase or wish I could send it back. It’s perfect for right now. And I honestly could not pick a better look. I wish there were higher quality couches that don’t break the bank with the look of this. But for real, super happy with this.
