The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical ordering a couch online but this is a GREAT couch! It is super comfy and I LOVE the color! It fits PERFECTLY in our space. It was very easy to build! The seller is very kind and responsive and called me to make sure I was happy with the couch :). It came in several shipments so I was worried at first but everything came in time and packaged nicely and we have plenty of extra screws. I was worried at first that the couch was too low to the ground height-wise but after the cushions had time to puff up it is perfect! Couldn’t be happier, it is really worth the low price. Would happily buy more stuff from this seller !!!!

I was hesitant on buying furniture from Amazon even though I buy everything on here. But I'm looking for a comfy couch that's not $3000. So I read great reviews on this co & thought I try an ottoman 1st. Its cushion is very soft yet firm & the quality is excellent! Amazed by the price point. With pets it's great I can even take cover off to wash . They even contacted me it was coming a week sooner to make sure it was ok. I'm def buying the couch when I can. Hopefully it's just as great!

Such a cute and comfy couch! The delivery was early and the boxes were easy to open! Everything was vacuumed sealed and opened up nicely. It was easy to assemble. Love my couch!!

I purchased the couch pre-order and was nervous as it was the first time I ordered a big piece of furniture online. Those nerves were quickly dismissed, the product was great, the company called to confirm my package shipped and called again a week later to confirm I received the package in good working order and asked if I needed any replacement parts or anything. Honestly it was some of the best customer service I've had for any purchase I've ever made. The couch itself is extremely comfortable, feels like a pillow top bed. It was simple to put together with a friend in about two hours. It's large enough that a full grown man can lay down and still have room to seat 2-3 additional people. Came exactly as pictured, an off-white rather than bright-white color.

Looks great and exceptional customer service however I am doubtful the sectional will hold up to every day wear over time. Back Cushions lacking volume even after waiting 48 hours to plump, doesn’t feel very sturdy or particularly good quality made. Only time will tell but first impressions is that the couch will not stand the test of time. Love the look and for the price it’s an inexpensive way to get that cloud couch look, but there isn’t much seat support and overall it’s not the most comfortable because of this. We are going to try and piece of plywood under the cushions to provide a little more support. Also a lot of movement with ottomans on a tile floor - I suggest Getting some grippy pads to go on the legs of both the couch and the ottomans if you’re planning on putting this on any floor other than carpet. The legs are plastic and I found 2 inch round grippy stickers fit perfectly and improved the amount of movement we were experiencing.
