I’m extremely happy with this couch! It’s incredibly comfortable, looks great, and feels very durable. The cushions are supportive while still being soft enough to relax on, and the overall quality exceeded my expectations. I also want to give a shoutout to the customer service. I thought one of my packages had been lost, and they responded to my message very quickly, even offering to send a replacement right away. Thankfully, I found the package and didn’t need another one, but their prompt response and willingness to help really showed how much they care about their customers. Overall, I highly recommend this couch—not only for its comfort and quality, but also for the excellent customer service behind it! ... show more

Perfect size futon for my living room! Super comfy when laid out as well. It was also extremely easy to put together. I think it’s a good price for the product. A little heavy when in the box but pretty lightweight when put together, I am very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend!

    • Pleasantly surprised
Color: Dark Grey
Review Image by Dylan
Honestly was just looking for a simple affordable couch/futon and was very surprised for the price this futon is actually very nice. It is affordable and has slightly more cushion than most other futons I’ve seen and looks great. Absolutely no hassle to put together and fits my apartment perfectly.

    • Attractive but not very comfortable
Color: Grey
While this couch is very attractive you need to know that it's not very comfortable. First if all the width of the actual sitting area is too narrow, meaning it feels like it's made for children and secondly it is barely comfortable ...I'd probably rate the comfort level a 2 or 3. You definitely don't want to just plop down on it because you would be shocked at the hardness of the seat and I would not want to sleep on this because it's too hard. I would return it except for the hassle of packing it back off and hauling it to UPS! ... show more
