i received the item broken in the mail due to bad shipping so i contacted the the product owner. They were very thoughtful and figured out a way to resolve the issue. The product itself is great quality and building it was easy the instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The only reason why i had issues was because it was bent. After i built it looked great just like the picture and the quality of the product was good as well. The owner was kind and refunded the money and even offered to send parts or send me a new product. They replied very quickly and addressed my concerns right away.

I bought this metal cabinet because I thought it was very affordable and it was in right configuration (hanging rack space) that I needed. It was somewhat easy to put together. I gave my 14 yr old job of putting it together and I assisted. The instructions had no written instructions, so you must go by the illustrations. From the illustrations, it was lightly difficult to follow but the parts are all rectangles and squares so you can rotate the pieces and figure it out. It locks fine with the key and the shelves can easily adjusted. I would buy this product again.

I have put together an extensive amount of furniture for my own home and rentals. This was hands down the worst. Factory has placed bolts where there shouldn’t be any to start which prevents the middle section from sliding in. These bolts are very tight - Factory setting. Cut my hand trying to remove it to complete the assembly. Also much smaller than expected. Would not buy again.

Our son loves it. I put it together by myself and it was not hard at all. They sent all the tools and pieces and directions for the most part were easy. I did have to use my own happier and a pair of pliars to hold some of the pieces but other than that it went smooth.

I put it together myself, parts were marked clearly, I had the use the photos a few times to figure out what was the top/bottom of each part.. it took about 45 minutes to put together. Sturdy and a really nice size. My kids put their backpacks in each of the small cubes and their jackets and shoes on the larger side. Overall I really like the way it looks and it gets their things off of the floor.
