The design of this garden wagon is outstanding. But the quality of the materials used are cheap. It's pot metal that is not reinforced at all. It says it will support 144 lbs. At 80 lbs, it bent the forward turning wheels fork. I would not buy this again or recommend it.

Like any "wagon" is subject to tipping over if not well balanced or if overloaded.Drop-side latches not very secure.

The media could not be loaded. Overall I like the sturdiness of this steel garden cart. It can definitely handle a couple hundred pounds of weight. It took me about an hour to assemble the cart. That assembly could have been done in less time, but I did not like how the handle connected too the cart. The handle connects to the cart with a plastic bracket. When I connected the handle to the cart, there was a 3/16 inch gap on either side of that plastic connector/bracket. I inserted extra washers (that I had) on each side of the plastic connector to remove that gap. (See the posted photos.) I do not like the thin washers that came with the cart, or the small thin cotter-pins that hold the wheels on, nor do I like the rubber-line locking nuts that came with the cart. One of the large tension hinge clips fell off when I took the cart outside to use it for the first time. (See the posted video) I had to use a Robo-pliers to crimp each of those hinge clips tighter so that they would not fall out when using the cart. I have used the cart for 3 or 4 projects so far. The cart load has to be balanced when moving up or down a sloped lawn, especially if you are moving a heavy load, and the cart will tip over if you turn too sharply with a heavy load. I almost lost control on two loads, moving one going up hill, the other load going down hill. On my first uphill load, the load slid to the back of the cart and the front wheels of the cart lifted off of the ground. For the second load, (see the photo with the concrete block and car jack 100 pounds or so) the cart almost got away from me going down hill. The cart works great on level surfaces.

Not happy disappointing the handle is to short I'm 5'9" and have a hard time maneuvering also the normal maneuvering of this cart is no good not well designed. This is not heavy duty it lightweight if you put 800 lbs on this there is now way you can move it with ease and comfort.

The shipping was horrible, on Amazon it said I would have it in two days and it took over a week to even ship, then another few days to get here. Assembly was ok, but there are some awkward angles where you had to squeeze a tool between the frame and the mesh to tighten some bolts The most disappointing thing is the sturdiness. It is not rated for the 800 lbs they promised, only 400 lbs. And it looks like it will struggle with even a small load. Overall the cart seems small too. I have not measured it, but it looked much bigger on the pictures. The white case in the picture is a standard DVD case for size reference.
