I bought one of these blankets to use for pain management. It works very well and heats up better and hotter than any other blanket I tried. it is much higher in price, but you expect quality. About a month ago I experienced a small shock from the blanket and after I was done using it I looked and the bottom had burnt together and burned through the mat. I contacted MiHigh's customer support for assistance and did not receive a response despite 5 emails to them. I then decided to go through the Amazon review process to see if I could get through to them. I received an email within 2 days, and they worked with the company to comp me a new sauna blanket. I was very impressed with the speed of service once I got a representative. Not only did they comp me for the price of a new sauna blanket, but they are sending me a free experience kit. What started as a bad review of the company's customer service changed, thank you!

I have always liked light therapy, it works wonders for the body and mind. I just zoned right out, takes away any stress. I would highly recommend giving this a try. Very easy to use.

I use this about three times a week and it is awesome. Highly recommend as a great sauna solution for home on a budget. It has also been handy to take on RV trips. Other pros for me are the quality of the bag and zipper. It gets REALLY hot if you want it. 8 seems to be the sweet spot. The main con is the quality of the low-quality feel of the control unit. Be aware that skin contact with the bag at the higher settings is gonna feel burning hurting hot. I lay down a towel and wear pants, a long sleeve shirt and socks. Its a lot to get soaked in sweat and have to wash after but worth it for the benefits of a good sauna.

I bought this sauna blanket, used it a couple times a month after four months it completely stopped working reached out to customer service took them a while to get back to me. After going over the possibilities of why it wasn’t working (which I knew weren’t the problem, They said sounds like the box and replaced it. again it worked. I used it a couple times a month, after about three months, it stopped working again, reach back out customer service and they basically told me it’s my fault. I must’ve left it plugged in because there was a power surge. What??!! excuse me, but no it gets unplugged every day because I have 2- 4year-olds I can’t leave it plugged in on the floor where I used it. So that’s a lot of money for a product I barely got to use. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Pretty pricey but totally worth it. I purchase mine with the payment plan so my wallet doesn't feel that withdrawal. Pros: comes with a bag gor easy storage Plug cord is removable for storage Sweat Sweat and more Sweat My body type: I am 5 ft 2 inch about 176lbs and have plenty of room to tiptoe in bag. Width also wiggle room. Cons: Their pamphlet or website doesn't show temperature with respect to level setting. So I couldn't tell how hot it actually was. There's no sound for when the timer is up so just keep an eye. My personal opinion: I personally had trouble getting in on my own if I place it on bed. I would recommend on the floor since it'll be flat and sturdy surface. Do wear long sleeve,leggings, socks for starters and the pamphlet will recommend that attire as well. The controversy regarding the calorie loss is something I can't confirm on my end either so I don't know how many calories I lost during a 60 min session.

It came quick. I was so happy because I wanted to buy sauna for a while but was not sure if it worth spending so much money. I was a little dissapointed because device screen came in scratched. Was it used? But it does work good. I love it so far. Tried it twice only. 1hr each time. Timer turns it off. So when I fall asleep it just turns off and cools down. Cannot believe that I fall asleep both timea. Calming, relaxing. And I get so sweaty in it and I never sweat. I am 5'11 and it does fit perfecctly. Taller people could bend knees a bit I guess. I think thats a good purchase. And hope it will last.. Will update later on.
