I’m not someone who usually reports issues, but in this case I feel it’s important to speak up. I bought this battery for my mom, who relies on a wheelchair. If the battery runs out, she may not be able to get back home, so this is not just a minor inconvenience—it’s a serious concern. The battery worked perfectly for about one month, but after that it started getting weaker every day. If you’re looking for a reliable product to help an elderly person, this is not trustworthy and may fail when it’s needed most. To the seller: please understand that many people buy products like this for elderly or disabled individuals. Battery arrived on time we’re exactly what I ordered . Install them tested them out ran for about 30 minutes on high up and down hills as well. You can see in the video The battery charge was on a fully charged battery selection during the testing.

I have never had a Mighty Max battery fail from an early death, but what makes them special is the company's customer support. They will go to no end to make sure you're satisfied. My wife's power chairs have been using Mighty Max batteries for many years, and only once did we have an issue - the shipper dropped the package damaging one of the two batteries. Mighty Max immediately sent a replacement pair without seeing the damage except in a photo. Their courtesy and prompt action was enough for me to be a satisfied customer. ... show more
