At first the latch did confuse me a bit, but once I figured it out it was great! Very spacious for my kitty and very easy to transport him to and from his appointment! Cleaned up great and with a little blanket for softness he was very comfortable even with his complaints of the car ride.

This crate is a poorly designed CHEAP piece of crap. You connect the top to the bottom with 2 pieces ONLY ON THE FRONT. There is no hardware or way of holding the 2 back corners of the crate together. So if you lift the crate by the top handle or flimsy strap attachments the back end of the crate will pop open and drop your pet! Getting in and out with the two plastic latches is a tedious pain in the butt and I'm sure it won't be long till the cheap plastic hinges break rendering the crate completely useless. Inside of door is sharp and flimsy as stated in other review. I regret purchasing this. ... show more
