The media could not be loaded. Not the best quality when it comes to opening the kennel door, feels like eventually will break….but it will do. Also I notice inside part of the corner was cracked…. Shouldn’t be sent to customers if it’s broke n. I ended up sending them back but do to other reasons didn’t work the best for what I wanted but otherwise it’s a pretty nice kennel. ... show more

It is a nice carrier, but the measurements are not accurate. I was hoping for 24 inches length as described, it is a little less than 22 inches. My puppy is 10 lb. and length wise fits the bottom in its entirety, it will definitively NOT fit anything larger than 15 lb. and that is pushing it. I gave it 3 stars because of the measurements, and I would probably send it back if the process would be easier for me. ... show more

The 22 inch crate is actually smaller than my 18 inch wire crate. Sizing is OD. Inside much smaller! Returning for larger crate. But easy to assemble and sturdy. Just too small.
