I am in love! This unit is absolutely amazing!! It was so easy to install by myself — and I’m a woman! I have zero regrets about this purchase. It’s definitely worth every penny. I spent weeks researching, and AI was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the perfect unit for my small space and location. The WiFi feature is fantastic! I can set schedules when I’m away, check on it remotely, and turn it on through the app on my way home. It’s incredibly quiet, which is perfect for my tiny 168 sq ft room (that’s not well insulated). I live in the backwoods of East Texas near the Sabine River, and this unit handles the heat and humidity like a champ. On the hottest days so far (90°F outside), it kept the inside at a steady 67°F. For winter, the heat pump works great down to about 41°F outside. When it dropped to 29°F, I used my usual space heater (no big deal), but at 45°F, the heat pump kicked in and made the room a toasty 72°F. So nice! This has honestly been one of the best window AC units I’ve owned. We were so thrilled with this unit! It was very easy to install (it’s a heavy mama though, so make sure you have a strong person helping). It has an auto setting that is just great to have run and will even automatically switch between heat and cool if it is a typical PA weather day like this girl deals with. You can easily control it with the remote or phone and works with ease. I wasn’t expecting it to only work if the external temp is above a certain threshold, which is a real bummer when you are expecting something to pump out heat. This won’t be for you if you are relying on the heat to help in winter, but it works awesome for AC and cooled our entire downstairs area while our central air was busted. ... show more

We are really happy with this unit. Both heat and air work great. It can cool down my 200+ square foot Florida lanai in no time. It's pretty loud when the fan is on high, but once I get the room to the right temp, I turn the fan down and it's quiet enough to hear the TV on normal volume.

Upgraded from 20yo AC. Definitely a visual upgrade. It is sleek and smaller than my old unit. Easier to manage and mount. Haven't found a need to mess with the wifi or phone app yet. It is in the bedroom and the remote is enough. I highly reccomend. It is more efficient than a typical AC. It doesn't turn completely off an on when using the energy saver feature, which saves energy and doesn't disrupt sleep. It maintains a consistent temperature. The fan mode works great. Idk the magic, but it cools the room when a window fan is appropriate. It doesn't just move hot air around. Right now I use it on the auto setting. We are about to get hit with the first heatwave since I installed it. I messed with the heat setting and it works. I will need this on cooler autumn nights in a few months. This unit was easy to put together and install. About half the weight of my old AC Unit. I havent had any issues with drainage. The U shaped model has some negative reviews about drainage, so I played it safe and went with this model. The package was clean, but delivered on its side. Like any appliamce, I recommend letting it sit in the box, in its upright position for a day before opening and installing. That way you get the best bang for your buck. ... show more

Started with the heating mode since that’s what I needed first, and it warmed the room faster than expected for a window unit. Airflow comes out evenly once the top vent is adjusted, and it doesn’t feel overly dry after running for a while. The front panel is simple to read, and switching between settings is straightforward without needing to think about it much. Noise stays fairly low once it settles into a cycle, so it doesn’t get in the way of normal conversation or TV. Installation was pretty simple with the included kit, though the unit is on the heavier side, so having someone help made things a lot safer and easier. Once in place, it feels secure in the window without shifting. The front design looks clean and blends in nicely instead of drawing attention. The remote is easy to use at night since the buttons have a soft glow, so it’s still possible to find what you need without turning on lights. The app control also works well for quick adjustments, and there’s a dehumidifier option built in for when it’s needed. It's probably the best air conditioners I have ever purchased. It literally starts blowing cool air when you turn it on and it turns pretty cold within a minute. The unit runs ultra quiet. You barely notice the unit turning on and if you close the door, you literally can't hear it running at all outside the room. It fits great in the window. It is heavy, so definitely make sure you have help lifting it up, and to put the support rack together to have it under the unit. It's definitely worth buying if you are looking for a good unit that cools an entire room in minutes, and is ultra quiet. I can finally get a good night sleep with AC and not get woken up in the middle of the night by an AC unit turning on. Love it! It's a must have! ... show more
