I acquired this water heater to replace an older conventional thanked water heater. I had my plumber install it, but I could’ve installed it myself. The only problem was the amperage of the existing plug that was 240 but 40 A. I had to add another 40 amp Circuit in order to handle the power requirement. My conclusion would be: better than expected I bought it for my daughter. She said it heats water quickly. It says this one has a self-modulating technology or whatever it is and ensures energy efficiency, saving my money on bills.
