I ordered the chair and the loveseat. The chair comes in one box, the loveseat comes in two... box A and box B. When they were delivered I only received box B for the loveseat, but when I reached out to the company through customer service, the company responded right away even though it was after their business hours... and advised that box was shipped from another warehouse and already on the way and will be delivered the next day. They even provided the tracking number from FedEx. AMAZING customer service!!! They were super easy to assemble. The chair only has a few bolts, and the loveseat had none... just sliding all the pieces together. I did it by myself. No problem. I did not find the cushions hard too insert like other comments, but that is just me. Only one surprise was the pattern on the brown. I thought it was a solid color, but has this pattern on it in the picture I shared. The material is soft, and both pieces are very comfortable! Arrived super quick. Was very skeptical buying furniture from Amazon but marketplace and local shops left me irritated. Found this, went for it and currently am very happy. Chair arrived in 2 days, had a small sewing defect and they sent out replacement immediately. Cushions are very fluffy, it was super easy to assemble and not to tasking putting cushions into covers. The fabric is very soft, worries me little for the long haul, so maybe ill need to come back and edit this review later, but am currently very pleased. It is beautiful and seems very sturdy. I like the size of the seats, when sitting down the back comes up the back of my neck, and the sitting cushions are over sized but I can still reach the floor. No complaints about filling cushions, all very plump. One foot did have a place that scratched the floor, i guess the plastic had come off and we didn't realize but all in all seemingly a very good purchase so far. ... show more

For the price, this is a nice couch and chair. The faux leather fabric is beautiful and soft, comfortable to the skin. The fabric is NOT a vinyl like some others. It is a true thicker fabric with a print. I love the detail on the curved arms. The construction seems well-made, though it is not completely solid, nor is it high quality fine furniture. This is constructed in a way to keep strength while using less wood and material. I got the loveseat and single chair. Both are easy to assemble - though the loveseat was easier. The single chair requires installing some bolts to which the front and back panels attach. The fabric on the back panels of both are attached to the arms using Velcro. The feet are high quality and add a classy touch. The single chair uses a row of wooden slats upon which the bottom cushion sets. The loveseat uses a steel frame with sinuous (zigzag) springs covered with another fabric to support the cushions. The frame that supports the back of the loveseat and chair is about 7 inches shorter than the height of the back cushions. The cushions come vacuum packed and must be taken out of the vacuum bags quickly and inserted into the cushion covers. As soon as the air hits them they inflate fast. I had minor difficulty inserting the cushions into the covers to zip them up. The cushions are firm, so you do not "sink into" them. But as I have little company, my main priority was looks, and these look great. They are relatively lightweight, and slide easily across my tile floor without scratching. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase - especially considering the price. ... show more

I received product yesterday and assembled right away. I ordered the chair only to start with as buying a furniture set, sight unseen, was a little scary...especially since from the reviews it was clear that I would have to assemble it. Seemed a little cheap, but I need to buy 7 pieces total, so inexpensive was really attractive... The whole chair came in one box. I carefully unpackaged everything and followed the directions. I was very impressed with the overall look and feel of the chair. It is NOT cheaply made. It is very sturdy and looks great. I assembled the chair well under an hour. The next pieces I order (sofas and love seats) will take longer since there are more cushions to stuff, but now I know what to do, so I'm not fearful. I bought the grey ones and the photos do well at depicting the actual color and styling of the fabric. The seat cushion has springs in it like a mattress and the wooden slats also are curved to provide extra spring-like support. I was very impressed at the feel of the chair while sitting in it. As advised in other reviews, just take your time when inserting the cushions into the covers and zipping. Use two people. One holding the cushion/cover and the other doing the zipper. I did not have any issues. The only advice i would give is try to insert the cushions as soon as you cut open the vacuum package before the cushions have time to fully go back to normal. I want to wait a week or so to make sure I still like the chair, but I plan to buy more of these. If you are on the fence, do what I did and buy the chair first. It was less than $300 to gamble to see if you like them before buying the whole set. Even if I decide not to buy the rest, this chair will be kept and moved somewhere in the house. ... show more

I selected the brown 3 seat sofa and the color has variation in it, which I really like. It was easy to put together and looks great in my room. I also appreciated that the packaging didn't have any styrofoam. It arrived very quick! The seats are deep and so far it's very comfy and light. I ordered this sofa, loveseat and chair set after losing everything and having to start completely over. At first only the loveseat and chair arrived and I was kinda bummed about the sofa but I reached out to customer service and they were kind and helpful. They let me know that there was an issue with the shipping but it would arrive in a few days. I got the sofa and it literally only took me 1 hour to put the entire set together.
