Very comfortable and stylish.
Very comfortable and looks great in our photography studio lobby. (We have two chairs there). Tip for assembly is attach all screws very loosely so it all fits, then tighten.

As you can see it is BEAUTIFUL. And with this level of customer service... I am just baffled. Wow. Thank you so much! Above and Beyond! Overall: Beautiful chair. Much higher quality softness than expected and looks amazing in my home studio. I am so pleased with this interaction I just had to update this with 5 stars! More companies should be like this! --- Original Review ---- Sadly after tossing the box and thinking I had finished assembling the chair, I realized there was a major fault: the threading that holds the screw in on the leg had fallen INTO the chair back. I contacted customer support and they can't accept a return if I don't have the box... so I am stuck with a bum leg on the chair sadly. They said they will send me the a replacement threading, but I don't have much hope for it, since if the other one fell into the chair, that probably means the hole is stripped and a new one will just fall in too. Soooooooooo yeah, nice looking, very comfy, but brand new and already broken. Don't know how long it will hold up with the bum screw on that one side. Sucks. Will update when I get the new screw if it works or not. Also they dropped the price 15 $ after purchase and did refund the difference so that was nice.

Looks awesome!
Very impressed with the quality of this chair. You have to look really close to see that it was assembled and it looks like a one piece chair that you get from a furniture store. Most people probably wouldn't notice that I had to assemble it. Instructions are very put together and to my surprise it even included all the tools necessary to assemble the chair. Assembly was relatively easy and took all of 10 minutes. The leather portion of the chair is very soft and it feels like very nice leather. I even smelled it to make sure it was leather. This chair was a great addition to our house. If you're reading my review, you're obviously looking and shopping around. I definitely recommend this chair and would buy it again in a heartbeat.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
I have lived in my house for 4 years and have bought many a chairs to sit in my corner only to need to return them because they did not work. This chair finally fits perfectly and looks great! It is sturdy for my two sons to climb all over and comfortable for sitting and visiting.

Higher quality than its price point would suggest
Logistics is very fast.I received it in 2 days.Packaging arrived via Fedex in good shape.Every accessories were neatly placed in the carton.I encountered some problems during the installation and then contacted the seller and assembled the chair with his help.Patient customer service..The effect after the installation is perfect,I felt the picture,solid wood legs are much stronger than I expected,can be used for many years,the cushion and backrest are soft,although it is faux leather,but the gloss and feel are good,at the same time It is also easy to clean,the only drawback is that the armrest is a bit low.Overall very pleased with this product especially considering it's price.

So far so good!
This chair was pretty easy to put together took me about 30 minutes. Make sure you check the parts some bolts are different. And don’t tighten them all until the end. It seems like it will hold up to a lot of wear. I love the look. :)

Too much time to assemble
Difficult to assemble but seems solid, I had an over weight friend sit on it and it held. I was nervous at first, what if it breaks, that’s awkward. Do we acknowledge they are too heavy for our furniture? Do we laugh it off like it’s a cheap chair? I don’t know but crisis averted when it didn’t break.

Great chair for the price. Get one!
Bought this to replace a broken antique MCM chair. The cushion is not as soft and the lines are not as sexy, but we like it.
