The media could not be loaded. I have an extensive home gym in my basement that includes a complete set of iron dumbbells and a complete set of free-weight plates. I have wanted to incorporate kettlebells into my exercise routines, but I just didn’t want to have to buy and store yet another set of weights. This product is a nice compromise: it incorporates 3 separate weights into one kettlebell. But the best feature is how easy it is to adjust the weight. I have tested many different adjustable weight products – such as adjustable dumbbells. Well, sure, they are adjustable. But if the adjustment ends up being too difficult or time-consuming, they might as well be static weights: you’re just not going to bother adjusting them. Watch the video of how quickly and easily I can adjust the weight of this kettlebell. This does make this product truly “adjustable.” The kettlebell does come with a simple chart of starter exercises (you can find more online). It also comes with a resistance band. This band has limited use for me: it is not at all adjustable in terms of length or tension, but you can get some exercises out of it. Lastly, one tip: I’d suggest purchasing two of these. You can do many more body-balanced exercises with one kettlebell in each hand (that’s why my photo has two: I did order another one).

Absolutely love this new adjustable kettle ball! The color is super cute and the product is function because it doesn’t take up much space but still allows me to have multiple weight settings! I love how they also include a band and workout sheet to show the best movements to use with the kettle ball. Can’t wait to do a full body workout with just one easy tool at home!

This adjustable kettlebell has been a lifesaver for those times when I can't make it to the gym. It's not the heaviest weight out there, but it's definitely better than nothing when you need a quick workout at home. Pros: Adjustability: The ability to easily change the weight from 5 to 12 pounds is a huge plus. It offers versatility for different exercises and fitness levels. Compact: It takes up minimal space, making it perfect for small apartments or home gyms. Comfortable Grip: The handle is smooth and easy to hold, even during sweaty workouts. I haven't experienced any discomfort or blisters. Cons: Limited Weight Range: While the adjustability is great, I wish I could add more weight to make it heavier. The 12-pound maximum might not be challenging enough for more advanced users or certain exercises. Aesthetics: The bright pink color is a bit too girly for my taste. Thankfully, it's mostly just me who sees it, but a more neutral color option would be appreciated. Overall: This adjustable kettlebell is a convenient and practical addition to my home gym.
