Update: customer service reached out and were very quick to send replacements. They are just as pictured and don’t have the issue I had before. I will say that for the price this works well and they come with a light bulb which given the size that is needed it is nice to have in hand. They looked good but both lights I ordered had an imperfection on rim that won’t allow the base to sit right. I’m not sure if a should exchange or just return. Since both came with the defects I don’t know if the exchange will help. Also the pole that connects the light to the top base doesn’t connect well and is poorly made. ... show more

I wanted to love this light but it is a LOT smaller than I thought. It’s not bright at all so the room is much darker now. The base it came with is also slightly to large so I had to bend it to get the fixture on. Now it sticks off the ceiling a little.

Love this light. We wanted something simple for a small hallway. Fell in love with it and ordered two more to use it on the upstairs foyer as well. We wanted something simple with a clean design not too modern and not too dated as we’re slowly converting our 90s vibe house we bought. This looks good aesthetically, but there are a lot of cut corners. The electrical wires are very short. Like, very short. There is hardly enough length to capably connect the fixture while standing on a ladder. The milk-white globes look nice, but the way they are fixed in place requires some finesse to ensure to backing plate is centered to the globe itself. Again, it looks pleasing to the eye but I don’t think this is going to stand the rest of time. I’d pay a fraction bit more for a more practical install and durability - but that’s on me for going cheap. ... show more

Not very satisfied. It was a nightmare to wire and install. You don’t have room with your hands to wire it because it has to be secured to the ceiling first and the top cup piece gets in the way. I was barely able to get it all to fit right. Not happy with the appearance either. You can’t really see the gold top and all of that because the bulb is too small and the ambient light gets blocked by the upper piece the globe attaches too. Speaking of the globe, the way it “screws” on his terrible. There’s no instructions on how to attach it, and you have to wedge the cheap metal or whatever down to be able to get the globe on. I’m not confident in how secure it is. In the end it looks okay with everything completed, at least it works but took way too long to install and troubleshoot. Would never buy again. ... show more

UPDATE: the seller reached out and offered to refund the cost of the fixture and informed us that they will continue to offer support if we have any issues in the future. Customer service was top notch! The black wire fell off the unit when we picked it up out of the box. No instructions were included either. Thankfully installing a fixture is pretty straight forward but look elsewhere is this is your first time. The light seems to work well after we reattached the black wire. Time will tell how long it actually lasts though. ... show more
