This lamp exceeded my expectations for the price. It was priced lower than other similar lamps so i wasn't sure what the quality would be. The metal is a nice brass color - it is not super shiny and the base is heavy. The globes are glass. The light is not super bright but it gives enough light to see and eat or work at the table. The cord comes out of the side of the pole near the bottom of the base and there is an on/off switch you step on to turn it on and off. I was surprised that the cord didn't go all the way thru and come out the bottom, but i guess that's the different between a $200 version of this lamp and a $57 version. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and I'm thinking of buying a second one. ... show more

Great quality, arrived well packaged, no damage It is sturdy, not as bright as I thought and the button is not a dimmer, not a deal breaker for me I just thought it would. Worth the price I’d say the light bulbs I bought fit perfectly and did not take long to assemble

Lamp looks great and works well. Extremely happy that the floor switch is not a dimmer and actually is compatible with smart plugs if needed. Only issue was one of the frosted orbs was damaged in shipping but I reached out to the customer support e-mail and they offered to send me a new one.     • Smaller than it looks
It's a beautiful floor lamp, but it's much smaller in real life than I imagined. The pole is thin and the two white globes are not as large as they could be. I've tried the lamp in different rooms, and it looks too petite next to any other piece of furniture (mid-century modern style, not oversized furniture by any means!). Oh well, I think I'll keep it. It was definitely cheap enough at $56, but I wish it had more presence. Assembly was ridiculously easy. Note that the cord comes out above the round base, so it's visible at the bottom. Updated: got light bulbs to use it tonight finally, and one of the sockets is not functioning, so now I have to return this. Disappointed it was defective, since it looks okay. Below is my original review. Original review: Easy to assemble and a better value for the money than a similar quality West Elm lamp I liked that costs $300. Feels sturdy enough if you don’t have kids leaning on it or big pets knocking it around. Mine is in a corner, so I don’t expect it to fall over anytime soon. Unfortunately the shades don’t sit quite flush on their mounting rings, which isn’t super noticeable, but bothers me. The seams are less noticeable on the body than I thought, which is good. I am annoyed that the cord isn’t threaded through the base like a normal lamp - impossible to hide the cord fully. I’m glad they didn’t come with cheap daylight/bright white bulbs because I want to buy nicer, soft white LEDs for it anyway. ... show more

Hesitated to buy after reading reviews about crooked lamps, but mine is nice and straight. Was easy to assemble. Love how the globes screw into place. Adds a modern touch to my space. Love it.

I have a rose gold shiny metal mid century floor lamp and it looks awesome in the living room and show our tasteful choice. This one , unfortunately, it’s not shiny gold, feel like painted on and cheap looking and use very small light bulb, a very different kind of light bulb from most would use at home. Returning it.
