Used these on our previous house and knew we wanted to buy them again. Our handyman easily installed them but used 6 screws/covers on each panel (directions say 4). Once he got to the back of the house, we realized the error. Called the company directly trying to figure out how to order additional ones. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and even picked up on my background based on my last name. She asked how many I needed and said they would be sent out in a few days. No charge. Can't beat that. Product really dresses up the house. No, they are not heavy duty but they aren't thousands either. Great product and service. A+ ... show more
