These shutters are fantastic. Ordering was very clear and the seller was great at following up to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We got the shutters in a little under two weeks, which is amazing, because when I contacted a blinds place, they told me it would take 8-12 weeks to get the shutters! These came quickly and were securely packaged. Assembly and installation seemed a little daunting at first, but was fairly easy. Instructions were emailed and included a video. Hardware is included, and thanks to the best imaginable customer service that helped us determine options, they fit like a glove. They look great and are extremely comparable to our wood shutters—you have to closely examine them to notice a difference. I'd originally ordered my first batch of shutters from a local business back in early April and by July, I was still waiting on them to be installed and delivered so I decided to look for alternatives. These shutters are exactly what I needed, they were delivered a few weeks after purchase and arrived with instructions and all required materials for installation. Communication was great as well. I was informed of every step in the process. I decided to wait on installing the shutters until my previously ordered batch came in and I am sooo happy I did. A few weeks later, my professionally purchased shutters were installed and we found they'd added midbars to the square windows (which caused a loss of cohesion) so I had to use this shutter as a replacement for one in that order until the issue is resolved. Both the trim, brand, and coloring match exactly. I may use this service instead of the local professional to finish the remainder of my rooms. ... show more

Arrived almost a week early. Securely packaged. Great quality. Simple to install. Prompt and quality customer service. Look wonderful in the living room. I will order more for the bedroom. Suggestions for the seller: include a Robertson square bit for mounting screws (the average person can easily do the assembly, but probably would not have that bit). From the time I placed my order all the way through to the troubles we had with the shipping carrier ... these folks are the REAL DEAL! Instant customer service ... I had sent pics of some shutters we had placed by a local company and looking at those, Jeremy was able to make some suggestions to make these shutters match! The price was SO MUCH less than other local quotes we received. That had us a little worried about quality but no worries there! These are high quality and fit like a glove! We did have a problem with the carrier losing the box that the shutters were in but Jeremy was right there with us and helped us finally get them delivered a week later. It was just a shipping fluke ... not this company's fault! I absolutely love these shutters! If you are hesitating because you are worried about doing this on-line, do NOT be afraid! They have this down to a science! This was such a rewarding experience, I am now thinking of getting more for the other windows in our home (I guess I better break the news to hubby).
