Did not come with the accessories that were pictured with the device. You have to order them separately. The price also dropped significantly after I ordered.

    • These things break often
The entire team at our small company had Surface Pros, and everyone has migrated away, all for the same reason: the are poorly made and break often. I was the last hold out since they are so light and I travel often. But the keyboard stopped working on my Surface Pro 8 shortly after I bought it. I tried on 2-3 times to trouble shoot using their online service, but that didn't work. I was told to send it in, and the rep promised me that if I Fedexed in they would immediately send another unit back. Here I am 2 weeks later, and still no computer. Their customer service is terrible (2 reps promised me they would do everything they could to get me a replacement ASAP, and one of those reps actually deleted my service order which led to hours of back and forth trying to prove to them that they had already received my computer. So, bad computer, breaks often, is quite buggy, and their customer service reps are poorly trained and full of false promises. I will definitely not be purchasing a Surface ever again. ... show more

A common issue with the surface pros is a dead screen. This latest purchase from December died February 1st, about 40 days after purchase. There is no recovery for this. A new screen cost as much as the original purchase and is tricky. Be careful if you ever drop one as the tempered glass screen will shatter, even with protection. I am extremely frustrated with the poor screen life, as this has happened to several surface pros. Otherwise, I would love them. Pro 7 dead screen, Pro 8 dead screen My first pro the battery swelled up and bowed the screen. My second Pro developed black screen of death. My third black screen, 4th - oops I dropped and cracked the screen - it still runs perfectly!!! I bought a replacement due to the cracked screen. It died, in forty days. I love the concept, but until someone can make a reliable screen, driver, battery, and available repairs, I have to move on to something BETTER. ... show more

Dont know if this item was refurbished, packaging was not great - had crushed corners. The device itself looked ok but after starting and using it for an hour or so display started blurring.. i am not happy at all and returning it..
