The joystick of the controller are not hall effect and yet glides, perhaps it is hall in my mind, but the bumper material of the plastic shell as well feels well bounce similar in feel and strength to the other switch 1 pro controller. The added feature of tension through the provided key is excellent in simplicity, feel and tension staging. Trigger feels "True" , decent, fair, nothing outstanding to write about, the feature and or ability to shorten then in feel is a great add and mechanically feels like a feature well built and or hard to failure. Didn’t come with paddles for the back. EDIT: After inserting paddles myself from another controller 2 of the buttons are unresponsive. I will be doing everything in my power to get a refund. Avoid this seller.

Keep in mind - When I bought this controller it was listed for quite a bit cheaper than what it is going for now. With that being said, I am happy with my purchase. The controller came in it's original box with all of the original manuals and even the charger for the controller that seems to have never even left the box. This could have easily passed as a brand new controller and it was the perfect replacement for my previous controller that I lost in travel. ... show more

The grips had gross hand prints and felt greasy and the sticks had notches. There was stick drift straight out of the box. The audio was terrible because there was something wrong with the jack. I had none of these issues on my other controller so I switched back and got a return. The only reason I wanted the controller was for the paddles and for some reason I thought it would be better quality because it cost 3x what a basic controller cost so the fact it doesn't come with the paddles which I'm sure are like 70 cents to manufacture is frustrating. ... show more

This is like my fourth elite controller. I’ve come to the acceptance that these only last one year almost Max, but I have to have it for the type of games that I play so unfortunately, I’m stuck buying at least one a year. I do really like the red color I wish these were more higher quality and lasted longer or at least gave you a trade-in program for when these go bad. Just be ready for stick drift after a year or so lol ... show more
