This product was really great and worked perfectly for my needs. I needed a container to hold all the "finger foods" etc. the daycare suggested for my 18 month old who was moving up to the "toddler" room. These containers worked exceptionally well, and fit perfectly into my daughter's pottery barn Mackenzie cold pack lunch box. Latches were easy for her to open. I could fit the lunch box, utensils, a bib, a small washcloth, and also a foldable rubber placemat in the PB lunch bag (I did have to remove the cold pack). No spillage occurred. I also liked the removable divider because you could put a variety of things in the container, or if I wanted to use it myself I could take the divider out and use it for a larger portion size. Machine washable, thank god. I've had these for about a year and have recommended them to my friends. Only one "con" that I can point out, and even that is not really a huge issue for me: it's the weight. they're a teensy bit heavy in the beginning, and combined with the lunch bag I slid these containers into, my toddler has some trouble hauling around. but she did it. and it was only an issue for a little while. Lastly, and perhaps I should have said this FIRST, is the absolutely awesome and outstanding customer service. Responded to an inquiry of mine through their website within a half hour of me submitting! Gentleman on the phone was polite, nice, and very helpful. Resolved my issue, but honestly, even if he hadn't been able to, I still think it would have been a good experience; he was literally that nice! I would definitely buy from the company again. I rarely write detailed reviews like these, but I wanted to do so in this case because (1) as a new mom, I have so many questions, and reading some other reviews inspired me to write reviews that others might find similarly helpful; and (2) the customer service from this company was truly outstanding and worthy of a shout out. This is my 6th Bentgo product and first time purchasing the Bentgo Fresh Lunch box. I have loved the Bentgo kids boxes but now that my son is older, the bentgo fresh is a better size for his appetite. So far loving that I can pack 3 lunches ahead of time and then just slip the insert into the outer part each morning. I'm loyal to Bentgo because their products really perform, they don't leak, last a long time, and their customer service is excellent! I've had to call customer service in past because the inside rubber seal had worn down due to teacher user error and they replaced it free of charge. That replacement Bentgo kids box is going on 4 years now! This time I called because when I was unwrapping my Bentgo Fresh, it slipped from my hands and one of the plastic lids cracked when it hit the floor. I had registered my product so I sent them an e-mail. They responded the next day and sent me any entire new set replacement. Thank you so much for creating a great product and taking care of your customers.

We got this for our kids for school. They pack enough for a small meal but are not sealed tightly enough for liquids. Even any small amount of liquid, sauce, ketchup, etc. will leak out.

The portions are perfect! I was using the BENTGO glass containers but cracked a couple and decided to switch. I love that this comes with 3 inserts, making food prep so easy. This is a wonderful addition to your lunch box. And for shift workers who have to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at work, the 3 inserts are amazing!!!

I have been using the Bentgo Fresh System since October 2022 and absolutely love them! In January one of the latches on the outer case came off and would not stay popped in. I called the customer service line on a Monday and explained my issue. I had followed all their washing and care instructions. The Gentleman on the phone was very helpful. I sent him pictures of the broken lid and a copy of my receipt. I had a complete new set by Saturday morning. I now have enough inserts to prep my lunch for the whole week! On this weeks menu I made different wraps! My family have several different styles their products (for salad, kids boxes and adult lunches). We all love their products! They wash up nice and fit together well. We highly recommend!

This has been a wonderful product since I bought it (3 years ago). I have since had my dog put on a low fat prescription diet (due to a pancreatitis incident) and have found out that this works great for a doggy lunch box when we go around town. This is a great option whether you're kid has fur or not. 100% recommend this to everyone.
