I took a chance because I am retired and on a fixed income and I found this tablet to be a great price with a projected short delivery date traveling across the country. I was pleasantly surprised to not only receive it in a day and a half from ordering, but found that it was also obvious it was a brand new tablet. I was able to quickly set it up and install the software and drivers to use to on my long arm machine for quilting. The seller did mention that it would be packaged in a plain box, same as would be sent to a business. It works wonderfully, and the touch screen responds correctly. As you can see from my picture, it is small enough to be mounted onto my sewing machine with a large screen to be easily read! I couldn't set this up, because after I put in my Internet key, and went through the permission for Microsoft Data Collection, it asked for my work or school account to continue. "Other user" Nothing worked to fix the situation, it's been returned, less than 8hrs after receiving it. Microsoft customer service told me to return it. ... show more

received this item Microsoft Surface Pro 7+ 256GB 11th Gen i7 16GB RAM , and it was defective. return process was fine, but I was charged a restocking fee of $169.99 for a defective item. I would have been happy with a replacement for same price, but that option was not offered. SO in effect, I had to pay $170.00 more for a replacement of the defective item from another seller. Update- I was offered an additional, partial, refund of their restocking fee, which they did not have to do for me. I am satisfied with their response. ... show more
