These dangle nipple rings are actual nipple rings and not the all purpose bar rings. The outer threads are on the ball and not the bar. I did order the larger size which worked for me, I am able to comfortably use tongue rings. I do appreciate these come in different sizes as a opposed to a one size fits all. I did have a little trouble putting them in because for them to be facing with the diamonds out, they can only go in one way, where I usually put mine in the opposite way. But I was still able to put them in. Even those these are gold color and not real gold I have not had an issue with any tarnishing or skin issues. ... show more
